If you buy it from Amazon, you're still supporting the industry. Funi gives part of their stock to other sellers, so if it says "fulfilled by Amazon" then it's probably a Funi disc they got to sell to their own customers.
Honestly, if it were me? I wouldn't wait for Funi to get it back in stock. It's all up to you, but if your budget is tight and Amazon's got a better deal, why not go with them?
My assumption is that they'll have it back within a couple weeks, though I don't know if you want to wait that long.
I'm pretty sure Amazon is selling the same product, it's just through a different channel. Funimation will still get a cut, though it might not be as big. So, either way, you're helping the industry, it's just a matter of how you want to spend it. ^^
