Hello! You seem to have stumbled upon Teh Base of Ace.

Feel free to look around, comment if you want. I may not post often, but I'll try to have something interesting to talk about. Also, I doodle a bit now and then. If anything's good enough to share, I'll probably post it.

It Totally Snowed Today

Weird. It's late spring in the middle of a desert, but it snowed. It didn't accumulate or anything, but the weatherman was right.

Hahaha, My parents didn't believe me. The TV guy said so! Don't laugh at me!

Don't Mind Me, I'm Just Rambling on the Internet

Okay, so a thought just struck me. Has anyone else ever noticed how ironic the phrase "lone wolf" is? Think about it. Wolves run around in packs. They hunt together and depend on each other for survival. Lone wolves usually don't do so well, since the team dynamic is totally lost and they're easier for a hunter to corner and kill.

So yeah, that's what I've been thinking about. Maybe I'll make a fan word about this for Digimon or something. I may have a theory developing here.

Weird, weird weather

Okay, so apparently meteorologists where I live are predicting snow on Saturday.

Yes, that's right, I said snow.

I wouldn't be so confused if i lived in, say, Alaska or Iceland, but I live in the middle of a desert in the Northwestern United States and it's late Spring. Anyone want to tell me what's going on here? Anyone else experiencing strange weather patterns?

Hooray! a New Toy!

Well, I made this blog, might as well use it, eh?

Anyway, I finally got my new feather pen stylus for my DS in the mail today! Here's a picture:

It's pretty nice. it comes in a neat box, too. If you're wondering how I got it, I had to fill out a survey on Nintendo's web site after registering the Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. It only took about a week to arrive, which really surprised me.

In other news, my cat threw up again today. She really needs to stop doing that.

Ohhhh myyyyyy.

Yeah, so I went to the movies today. I saw "College Road Trip," which, despite the wealth of Disney Channel sitcom actors in it, is not totally terrible. Anyway, my family and I made an observation about their advertisement for the "Horton Hears a Who" movie:

Yeah. We know the general manager of the Theatre, so we'll probably point this out next time we see him. It's still kind of funny, though.
