Hello~! How's everyone doin'? How's the weather? Is it nice? As for me, doin' pretty good. As for the weather it's still snowin' half of the day.
Today, I've started working out again! I got bit fat, so I need to prep for summer and need to loose all the fat I have. Summer time, I have no problem workin' out... winter time, I don't have any energy to do anything. lol Spring is here, so need to prepare to summer's soccer time.
So here's the pic of where I workout
I use my work's gym. They have enough machines I need to do full workout. I'll probably be working out 2~3 times a week. Dividing up the area of muscles.

Anyways, I'll be working out again on Thursday, so see how it goes.

Hello~! How's everyone doin'? Hope weather is looking good for everyone. As for me, weather is been horrible! It's so cold here! It's snowing.
Anyways, today I was checkin' my local news site for some news and I read a news about this lady's Toyota went berserk... To make story short, her '06 Toyota Rav4 accelerated. She states that
"Before I could even attempt to turn, all of a sudden it's like someone pressed on the accelerator"
I feel sorry for this lady. Not because she got in the wreck, but out of all the option she had, she chose to slam her car into the fence.
Now, what other options she had? K, here's some list if I as on her shoes.
- Slam the brake and keep my foot on brake.
- Gear down manually.
- Put the car in Neutral.
- Pull my e-brake.
- Turn off the engine.
Lil note on the "Slam the brake and keep my foot on the brake". I'm pretty sure some people pump the brakes, but actually for newer car ('04 & up) isn't good idea to pump the brakes, because brake pads heats up quickly. When brake pads heats ups, most of the pads become like jello and it wouldn't brake the way it should. While just slam the brake once and keep it there, there's actually less heat that brake pads go through. All the stock cars are made that brake power is powerful than engine power. That means all the stock car's brake can stop their engines (unless you tune your engine for more power).
Weird thing is her car is '06 Rav4. Yes, Toyota put up recall on Rav4, but only '09~'10. Why only '09~'10 Rav4's? Because it's to do with ECU (main computer) and accelerate pedal. Almost every 2~3 yrs Toyota change their ECU set up. So her '06 Rav4 and '09~'10 Rav4 are totally different thing.
Another thing is, IF that Rav4 had acceleration problem why didn't this wreck happened 4 yrs ago. Why NOW? Why 4 yrs after she owning the car. It doesn't make sense to me. I'm just so sick of these kind of news. Yeah that's nice that, she got on the news. Great, 15 mins spot light for life time injury...

IF it still accelerates then turn off the engine. I can say for 100%, car WILL stop.

First of all, I wanna apologize to all the ppl who read my blog yesterday. There was way too many inappropriate words were used. I had steam coming out of my head that, I wasn't thinking clearly. I just had scream it off my chest or I would of exploded... but I think, I had better way explaining it. & wanna thank all the people who commented, I really appreciate it.
Now, for more positive topic. I'm currently working on WP Challenge. It's called .Hack//Elimination. It looks interesting and I haven't done any WP challenge before, so I thought to give it try. Looks like Albireo, Haseo, Atoli, Aura & Tsukasa have been used... What chara should I make? There's a lot of .Hack series. Specially recently they made new series call .Hack//Link which they have most of chara from previous .Hack are in it. I better think fast and get start on it, cuz WP usually take long to make.

Just quick warning, this blog gonna be just me bitchin' bout work. Oh and me swearin'... a lot.
Alright to start off, right now I hate my manager with passion! (can't say the name due to work policy) Now, this is my point of view and my point of view only, so it might be bias... but who care, this is my blog, so I can write about my point of view right?

Little background, last week I took off, cuz I have tremendous amount of vacation and if I don't use it, I loose it. My assistant manager was bugging me to use it.
Moving a long, this week... to be more specific, Thursday when I came to work I found out that teleform system has been broken for WEEK and haven't calling the patron for their item is ready to pick up. To be more specific 775 patrons. Now, my manager wanted us to call all of them and tell them to pick it up the hold that was going to expire in 1~3 days (some were already expired)... To make it worse, 2 of my co-worker called in sick that day and my mangaer FUCKIN' LEFT US TO DO IT BY FRIDAY NIGHT! AND THIS WAS NOT OUR FAULT EITHER! Fucking moron computer tech, fuck it up (to be specific computer tech manager asshole), but we're the one fixing this mess. WTF!?!?!? Is it just me or this is fuck up! If it was our department's fault then, yes our department should fix it, but why in the FUCK we gotta fix the problem that other department did?!?!?!
Oh, where's my manager while having this nightmare was happening? She went home early to prepare for her daughter's birthday tomorrow (Friday). To certain level, that's fine. She was telling us how excited about her daughter's party for a while, so I'll let her slide on this one... BUT cannot let her slide her is she left us with stupid instruction which pretty much said "call all 775 patrons"... Fuck you!!!! Now, to make it simple for everyone to understand, that night we had 4 people working (cuz 2 called in sick) and I was suppose to get off at 6pm. Totaling 5 people (including me) isn't much. 3 people work on front desk to check out books & other stuff to patron while 2 people checking in the material that comes in... How does she want to work to call 700 plus patrons in 2 day? Manager worked on it for 2 hrs and she could go through 50 patrons. 50 patron in 2 hrs, yeah that's not scratching the surface of the pile of paper we had.
No one and I mean, LITERALLY NO ONE wanted to call or to work on this problem. So I stood up and took different rout of solving this problem (can't explain too detail cuz it suppose to be technical stuff and "secret" for public to know), when I took the charge of this problem and showing other co-worker how I'm going to solve this problem, they were willing to help out. I ask my assistant manager if I can take extra hrs that night to work on this problem and my assistant manager said that HR (higher up people) gave us 10 extra hrs to work on this problem, so I worked whole Thursday without lunch or break.
End of the night, we had all figured out and by tomorrow (Friday) noon it should be all done. Friday, I wasn't schedule to work, so I called work in the morning to see if I can come to work to finish up and again, my assistant manger approved it, so I went and finish it up. Now our department stuff was all solved, but 5 branch's hold problem wasn't solved yet (our City Library has 5 different branches that connect our library)... so me and one of co-worker went physically to each branches to bring their portion and show them how we solved it.
Most of branches were kind and thanking us for physically coming over there and showing them how to fix this problem and all of them agree that our department shouldn't take all this problem to solve it.
After finish delivering it to them, me & one of co-worker divided up the all the info, so when manger see what we did and even left sticky notes to show every folder to detail information. When all was done, I was going to log off and go home, but again 2 of co-worker called in sick and they ask me to stay to help them out. I wanted to say "No"... but I said "Yes" and again, I worked whole day again. I was dead exhausted today and didn't want to go work, but I've kicked my ass off the bed and went to work.
When I got to work today and I saw my manager, she had upset face and didn't want to be here. When I checked the work e-mail, there wasn't even e-mail from her for any "thank you" or "good job". I thought cuz it's been busy, so she didn't have time to check or write her e-mail... but when I check the schedule, she was actually working only one hour! Rest, she was on her office doing data base stuff.
Now, bout the e-mail, I'm not asking her to sent it direct to me saying "thank you" or "good job", but want her to sent it to all of our department staff saying "Thank you to all the staff that worked on the hold problem we had few days ago. With everyone's effort, it was quickly solved." or those kind of thing. Just simple thank you to everyone's e-mail.
So waited for while, but she didn't say anything or e-mail bout it, so I ask her if she knew bout what we did to solve the problem. Her respond was "Oh yes, **** (assistant manger's name) called me this morning and told me about it.".... that's it? No thank you or anything? What the Fuck!
To finish me off, when I was logging off my time sheet (on online), I notice that my pay vacation hours last week was taken off. I was like WTF? So I ask the manager to see what's going on, SHE HAVE FUCKING CANCELED IT! Again WTF!!!! I ask her why and her response was "Oh because you took extra hour this week and we're really tight on our department hours."... Oh, so because we're tight on hours, we can fucking cancel my pay vacation hour off! Now, I was letting it go about other bullshit stuff she made us do this week. For the shit she left us and I got approved from assistant manager to work extra hours to fix the fucking problem... now, she's finishing me off by cutting my paycheck? She told me that "Oh I'm pretty sure you can use those hours that you couldn't use. June is long way" (July 1st is our work's beginning of the year). "**** (manager's name) FUCK YOU!" Oh~ have no idea how much I wanted to say that to her... but I hold it in and told her that "If you're not going to let me have those vacation hours last week, I'll use it on May and June and no one can't tell me that I can't take those days off." and bout 1/2 hours more of bullshit talk & excuses she was blabbed. In the end she still cut 2 hours of my vacation. Yes, 2 hours isn't much, but how much shit I had to go through this week, I think 2 hours going over not gonna hurt! Also I get paid $12 an hour. Now that's $24 I lost from this pay period! I didn't want to talk with her anymore, I just walked away.
I had enough of her bullshit, I'm done. Next time if there's a problem happens. She can do it by herself, cuz no one will help. I was kind enough to hold it in til now, but this is where I walk away and say "You have messed with wrong person. Fuck you, I'll do my job and only my job. Not doing any extra mile, not even a inch."
Right now, I'm so pissed off that whoever see me or try to talk with me, I might bite their head off, so I'm trying to stay in my house to calm myself down. These time I wish, I had punching bag to hit my stress off.

While writing this blog, most of my friends have texted me like crazy to comfort me... so I don't have any steam coming out of my head... but I'm still pissed. Hopefully, if I'll be calm by Monday. If not, I might rip my manager's head off. lol
