*a note before we begin:
First off this story will have spoilers in it. If you have not READ the manga Fruits Basket you have been warned. Notice read is all capital because the anime was horrible and was completed before the managa was finished. So it is very different.
I once had an RP of the same name as this story. We did not get very far before it died. However I do rather miss some of the plot and I miss my characters. They have been bothering me for awhile now so I figured I would just restart the story as my own little project. (So it can die the way all my other stories do eventually) I will not be using any characters made by anyone else from the RP. In fact I will probably be making up more of my own. I have a few that I feel want to be part of this story. Read if you want to, but this is mostly for my own enjoyment and stress relief.
Also, for those unfamiliar with Fruits Basket, all references to characters and events from the series belongs to Natsuki Takaya. I do highly recommend the series as I have all of the volumes. I often reread it as it is one of my favorites. She is also currently working on a sequel that I believe is just an ongoing webcomic at the moment.
