Everyone enter into the world where all are welcome. This will become a place of thoughts, stories, and who knows what else...

Old Teachers

So last Thursday, one of my grade 9 teachers (who taught me geography)was yelling outside of our classroom. She sounded so upset. I made her a card that evening. Then she wasn't at school on Friday!
Then I was sick mon, tues, wed...
So she finally got the card today. I came in at the end of her Grade 9 class and gave it to her. It had two pictures of Yotsuba on it. Cuz' she makes me happy. One was of a shocked expression (because everyone in the class could not believe that she was yelling about quitting recycling), and on the back was a happy picture with a message on it.
She hugged me so tightly when she saw it xD
It made me feel pretty good.
She talked about how I had made her week, and and stuff... It was kind of embarassing! I quickly ran away to get to Chemistry, with a smile on my face nonetheless. :D
Oh and we got our rancid report cards today... :D
T.T
OH well, at least one person is happier today ^_^
Signing off,

So Much To DO

There is so much to do in a day!
Write 1,667 words, go to school, go to work, do homework, read the Edible Woman for the Book Club, walk the dog, clean, cook... guitar?
I haven't touched my guitar since school started T.T I don't have time!! I am on the go from 6:00 in the morning until 11:00 at night... It is no good! The only buddy of mine who has started coming over on a regular friday evening basis shall arrive tonight after supper. Thank goodness! I need a break!
I also need this guitar book I found at the used book store I work at. A bunch of female popish songs for easy guitar, piano, and vocals? I'll take it! I need money to do that though. I gave the last of my money to mother for rent stuff, and then to the book club (as a holder in case I loose the book). ARGH! I could touch my savings but that isn't going to happen!
Argh! University! Choices, choices. French Teaching? Thanantology? English? Classical Studies? Psych? Soc? I dunno T.T
Anyways best get back to doing my daily life... running around xD
LATER!

NANO DAY 2

I should have done this last night, but my word count is up to 1,515!
I haven't written so much outside of school assignments in a long time! I'm having a blast! My mom has watched me transform over the past two days into a different person.
"You are more like you used to be." She stated last night.
"What the heck is that supposed to mean?"
"You are happy again, you are so much happier when you are writing."
I learned something about myself last night. Apparently I'm not good to be around when I'm not writing xD
OH MAN YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE?
Some customer came into the book store I work at last night and asked if I could give him a special discount if he bought a couple hundred books xD
I do not want to be the one putting all of those books into the cash xD Go western novels!!
Oh man, better continue getting ready for school! I get so distracted with all the wonderful art people post ;)
Good day!
Skitty~!

NANOWRIMO

Welcome all to NANOWRIMO!
Many of you have no idea what that stands for! So I will tell you November is National Novel Writing Month! Basically you sign up on the NANOWRIMO site, and you do best to write a 50,000 + word novel ... in a month...
Now this isn't going to happen with school work and part-time work for me... But I'm going to have fun trying :D
So... yes.... my first day is about 800 words, which is slightly less than half of what a normal person should write. Which is pretty good considering! I'm working hard on this! It is a historical fiction sort of thing, lots of love, betrayal, magic, and of course fairies! The evil kind of fairires! Booyah~!
My username on the NANOWRIMO is Skitty999 so look me up and be my writing buddy! :D :D :D :D :D
HAVE FUN AND SEE YOU IN A MONTH!

Clan of the Cave Bear

IS A MUST READ LIKE NO OTHER!
Written in the early 1980's... It is a beautiful piece of work.
SHOULD BE OVER 18 TO READ IT.
There are very mature subject matters in this novel taking place in the ice age. So you've been warned kiddies.
I have been wanting to read this since I saw it on my mother's book shelf when I was 4! Needless to say I wasn't allowed until this year!
And I read it and was blown away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So go fetch it from your local library and read it like the wind!
The main character is Ayla and I think she was 6 or so when the book started xD But OMGOSH IT IS SO GOOD!
GO and read it now :D
