IMPORTANT QUESTION!!

is naruto's father accually the leader of the akautski(sp)? cuz i just looked at some random naruto thingy that said he was the leader. but that can't be true, right?? i mean, he DIED for pete's sake!! and the leader has red hair but naruto's father had blonde hair, like naruto. plz comment or messagetelling me if naruto's dad IS the leader, cuz i'm VERY confuzed!! @.@
