Start Out/Zero trophies: Otakuite
Bronze/Silver trophies: Otakuite+
Silver/Gold trophies: Otakuite++
Gold/Ruby trophies: Otakuite Legend (Otakuite Eternal, etc.)

Title Status: Otakuite++ (and Otakuite Legend, Eternal, etc.)
Gold Trophy
1: Once you reach the level of (50) pictures, (50) walls, etc. you then earn the Gold trophy. Done!
2: You can get trophies by making a Quiz. Just make (3) quiz(?) and see if it passes approval, which takes a few days. If it is approved you earn a Gold trophy! Not Done!
3: To earn trophies for Comments the # for that is still a mystery to me... (I'm going to guess about 400 and up) Not done!

Silver Trophy
1: Once you reach the level of (27) pictures, (27) walls, etc. you then earn the Silver trophy. Done!
2: You can get trophies by making a Quiz. Just make (2) quiz(?) and see if it passes approval, which takes a few days. If it is approved you earn a Silver trophy! Not Done!
3: To earn trophies for Comments the # for that is still a mystery to me... (I'm going to guess about 300 and up) Not done!
I think I remember receiving the title "Otakuite+" when I added (27) pictures, only, but it was either that or the wallpapers, too. I'm not sure.

Bronze Trophy
1: You have to make (5) works of arts, either it be (5) artworks or (5) wallpapers or other works of art counts, too. This will give you a Bronze Trophy! (P.s. - for different catergories just enter (5) of any works of art to get the trophy; i.e. artworks or wallpapers or comics or ecard) Done!
2: You can get trophies by making a Quiz. Just make (1) quiz and see if it passes approval, which takes a few days. If it is approved you earn a Bronze Trophy! Done!
3: To earn trophies for Comments, the mystery is solved! 100 is the number to get the 1st trophy - bronze!
Starting out Title Status: Otakuite
Gifts
1: You earn them by sending them and giving people gifts. They sometimes do the same in return... Done!
Medals
1: You earn them just by taking challenges made by other (Otakuite++ and up) users on theOtaku site. That's it! Done! (Plus it depends if you are the winner or a runner-up).
