My own dopey little Zelos x Sheena fanfic.
The Chosen of the Chosen
If you went up to anyone on the streets of Meltokio and asked them who Zelos Wilder was, they'd probably ask you what rock you'd been hiding under.
Zelos was the Chosen of Mana. He has been selected from even before his birth to one day make the journey to the Tower of Salvation and regenerate the world known as Tethe'alla. As such, he lived in the greatest of luxury. His food was the best. Women swooned at his feet. The world was his oyster… or so it seemed. But Zelos Wilder had deeper demons than anyone could have imagined.
Zelos was a tall skinny man with pale skin and long red hair kept out of his face by a white headband. He generally wore a long pastel pink vest and white baggy pants along with long gloves. His sword was always at his side, and implanted on his pale chest was an exsphere. The man was in short beautiful, in fact so beautiful his appearance was almost feminine.
It was undeniable that the women loved Zelos, and it seemed he did pay them every attention back. He constantly flirted and often had more "girlfriends" than he could count, but in reality he had eyes for only one woman. And he was currently on a quest with her and 6 other people to save the world.
Her name was Sheena.
Their party had set up camp in a remote area in Tethe'alla that night. Zelos had been trying to sleep for what seemed like hours, staring at the stars. He sighed and turned on his side. She was there. Zelos allowed himself to gaze at her for a moment. Her black hair seemed like it would be very soft if he were to touch it. Her face seemed so calm. So quiet.
But then Zelos got up and left the camp. He wanted to be alone with his thoughts for a little while at least.
He found himself a rock and there very quietly, thinking of her. If the rich young ladies of Meltokio could see him then, they might not have recognized him. Zelos closed his eyes. How could he tell her what she meant to him?
"What are you doing up here alone?"
Zelos's heart skipped three or four beats. It was Sheena. She was there. Alone. With him.
"Thinking," he said quickly and then turned around. She sat next to him.
"Well Zelos Wilder, I am amazed… you can actually think." He looked up at her.
"Sheena, I'm not exactly in the mood."
Zelos saw concern come over her face and he almost didn't want to look at her anymore. It hurt.
"Are you okay? Is this about your mother? I heard she died—"
"My mother didn't care about me. She made that very clear, believe me."
Sheena bit her lip.
"Oh," she said quietly. The sat there silently for a little, then Sheena spoke again. "What do you mean by that?"
"My mother never wanted me. My father didn't love her, she didn’t love him. I was just the mistake that got in everyone's way. And my father's mistress… well she wanted me out of the way too, so my sister would be the Chosen. It was snowing… I remember that. The attack was meant for me but my mother was in the way. As she died, she told me 'You should never have been born.' And there are times that I think she's right…"
Sheen seemed appalled when Zelos finished his story.
"I'm… Zelos, I don't know what to say. Except for maybe… I don't think you're worthless Zelos. In fact, I'm really glad you came with us."
Zelos sighed.
"Sheena, there's something I need to tell you. I… I…"
"Zelos?"
He took her hand and squeezed it, trying to steady his breathing.
"Sheena I lu—"
"Sheena! Zelos! What are you guys doing here? I thought maybe someone had—"
"LLOYD! You blockhead! Zelos was up here and I wanted to make sure he was okay and…"
Zelos sighed and bit his lip as he watched Sheena run after Lloyd, beating him over the head. He closed his eye and shook his head. He had no idea what she thought of him now.
And so Zelos Wilder's love for Sheena Fujibayashi remained unrequited.
Guess what I spent hours of my day doing yesterday? Making Zelos Wilder's shoes. Guess what I found out today? They don't fit my feet. My cousin Kathrine is a major major cosplayer (like her and her sister have been doing it for seven years or something), and she's cosplaying as Zelos. She just sewed his pants like it was nothing, without a pattern or anything. She's in the process of making his shoes, and since I love Zelos's shoes so much myself, I figured I'd give it a stab. Well apparently sheets don't make good boot covers, because the shoes that I covered now don't stretch enough for my hugemungous feet to fit inside. That's why Kathrine is amazing and I'm not. XD
Yeah, so that was my randomness for today.
Speaking of cosplay and related activities, I'm going to a con this weekend and VIC MIGNOGNA IS GOING TO BE THERE!! YAAY!!!
I have my Fullmetal Alchemist shirt with the transmutation circle on the back all ready to be signed. XD There's going to be a panel on voice acting too. Which is awesome, since you know, wanting to be a voice actor and all that...

My favorite games are Final Fantasy VII, Tales of Symphonia, Phantasy Star Online, Kingdom Hearts II, Guild Wars, Knights of the Old Republic (did you know the guy who does Kratos's voice has roles in that game?) and Super Smash Brothers Melee.
I have seen every episode of Doctor Who in existence, all the way back to the First Doctor. And I started watching when I was four.
I like to pretend David Tennant is my future husband. Don't spoil my fantasy, XD.
I'm a band nerd. I play trombone and I'm the Vice President of my band. I also love theater. My life's dream is to be a voice actor. My favorite voice actor is (get ready for a real shocker, XD) Vic Mignogna. My other favorites are Crispin Freeman, Dave Wittenberg, Johnny Yong Bosch and Wendee Lee. I also know a lot of random things about voice actors and the roles they play. Did you know that Kon from Bleach has the same voice actor as Reno from Advent Children and Axel from Kingdom Hearts (Quinton Flynn)?
So now I guess you know about everything that I like. XD, yup, that's me.
