appearance- medium blonde hair that is messy has bangs that kind of hang over right eye. Deep blue eyes, tanned skin from being outside so much. From playing so may sports Kai has an athletic build to him with a six pack. He usually wears a white shirt, blue jeans, with a brown leather belt, grey and blue running shoes, and a blue wrist band to cover his tattoo that is on the inside of his left wrist that is the symbol of light in Digimon Frontier.
personality: Funny, and a happy-go-lucky Kind of person, He tries to make people smile but, he can be serious when the time is needed for it. He can be quiet sometimes especially when he is tired and wants to sleep. He is pretty open about things.
background: He grew up with anime, in fact his mother is the one that got him into it. His favorite has always been Digimon Frontier and that is why he got the symbol of light on his wrist. He usually tries to hide it with the wrist band though so no one can really see it. He plays sports mostly soccer and swimming but, he always likes trying something new. He’s never kissed a girl before and would like to someday.
Kai's grandmother on his father's side was an ice elemental and he was always close to his grandmother. What ever chance he got when he was little he to here her stories about elementals and what was at the academy. Fantasy has always sparked his interest and he would run around hunting for trolls and faeries. When his got older his parents moved them to the town they live in now and Kai started playing sports.
After the little bicker that he had with Gabby a few days later his grandmother that he was so close to died and not too long after that he lost two of his closest friends his Shugo Chara's Jordan and Aiden. So much sadness was pushing him away from being with his family that all he would really do would be practice sports or go for walks. Whenever he was around someone he would try to act like his normal happy self and try to make sure that no one would notice that he was so sad.
With all the sadness that hit him Kai started to become physically cold to the touch. He didn't realize it until one day he was teaching Katara how to skateboard to try to make her feel better and with her being one of his good friends he was about to talk to her about his problems and what had been happening. That is when he decided to do some research on what was going on with him and to figure out just want was wrong and if it would pass.
Now Kai knows that he is an elemental and he is going to try to strengthen his powers and try to remember all the stories that his grandmother told him to try to find out more.
