Ritsu is a 6 year old boy who is dressed as a girl.
He evolves into a Squirtle.
His bosoms are actually missles, which explains his weight of 25 tons. His character item is Chinese cabbage, and looks a bit like this:
He has long red hair down near his hips. A long skirt and boots gives him a feminime touch, along with the V-neck, high-cut top. He has back sleeves. Red nails, top hat with a veil, and a rainbow keyboard floats around him.
