“Hurry hurry!!! You need to run faster Krory!”
“I’m trying Kale!!! But…”
“Stop worrying!! Mother and father will be fine. They are powerful you should know that, they can handle themselves.”
“But what about the fossils? Relic Castle is getting destroyed with the attack of the pirates!”
“Stop worrying about it already! The pirates won’t beat mother and father.”
“What if they do? Will the legendary ones help us? Yes they will right? They help those in need? Reshiram, Zekrom, Landorus would show them! Keldeo would be awesome, Thundurus, Tornadus, Terrakion would show those pirates whose boss!”
“Krory…”
“I bet Cobalion and Virizion are on there way, Victini, Meloetta, Kyurem, and Genesect…”
“ENOUGH!”
“Huh but brother?”
“They’re aren’t coming! You don’t get it, they don’t care about us! No one cares about some archeologists in the desert! That’s how it works, the weak die. Just keep...” There they were, standing in front of me brother and I. Some were human some were gijinkas.
“Aye what’s this? Do yoos reckon you will be leaving us now do ya kiddos??” The one said who looked like the captain. He had a giant black hat on with a red scarf wrapped around it with beads danglinging on the side. His beard was black as the night sky but only was as only a few inches long.
I grabbed onto me older brother shaking, terrified of these people. That’s when the man behind the captain, a Pinsar gijinka stepped forward. “Hey captain! So what do you plan ta do with these rug rats?”
The captain eyed us over, “Well your parents have been defeated, and we got the loot we needed so I have nah interest in them. Leave them.”
“Aye sir!” The Pinsar replied.
“WHAT DID YOU DO TO OUR PARENTS!?!?!” After hearing that they were defeated, I could only reckon the worse.
“Kids like you yap to much, we came for the treasure and we got them, though your parents and the other desert crocs like you did put up a fight, though not a flamin bonzer one. They’re alive, but that’s only if you get to them in time.” The Pinsar grinned turning his back to us as their group began to walk away.
This was it, they were going to spare us? We could bloody go and find our parents and save them. The legendaries I bet were waiting outside, yep that much I was certain. They could save the rest of the clan, the treasures we find, they’ll return them to us. Yes, they’ll come. The legendaries will help those in need.
“JERK!!!” Kale lounged at the Pinsar Pirate. What could a six year old do against adults? Nothing. He went and attacked with a mud-slap! The Pinsar easily dodged but he didn’t take into calculation that the Captain was still behind him.
I was too terrified to move. Kale’s attack was in vain since it really hadn’t much effect on the captain. Merely a bruise. Ta captain kicked Kale against the wall and grabbed him by his shirt. “Aye looks like we got a fighter here! I say let’s take him back with us, leave the sheila here.”
“The Girl huh?” Pinsar looked over and glared at me. I was so scared that I fell to my knees, but my twin, my brother was still fighting. Where are the legendaries? They should be coming right? “I’d really hate to hurt a kid but I’ll make it quick and painless.”
Please please please, show yourself. Please save us! Kale, mommy, daddy! What did we do to deserve this? If they won’t protect us, then who will?
I must.
“AHHHHHHH!!!!” The Pinsar screamed as I clenched onto his arm with my jaw and sharp teeth. He swung his arm around but I wouldn’t let go. He even slammed me into the wall, but with that I used a Sand Tomb with my tail and struck the captain in the face with my attack. He instantly backed off from Kale and I let go of the Pinsar to check up on Kale.
“Are you okay Kale?” I asked shaking him. He had a small amount blood trickle down his laughing gear but he smiled.
“Yeah I’m fine Krory.”
“YOU LITTLE BITCH?!?!” I felt me long hair pulled behind me as I was lifted into the air. The Pinsar quickly used an attack to keep me brother from moving as he was buried with sand and rocks. Kale was now to weak to move as his entire body was trapped. I screamed as I dangled in the air with the Captain looking at me as his face blend uncontrollably from ta rocks that hit him from ta Sand Tomb. “You, I’m taking you instead of your brother. This sheila could be useful to us when she is more mature!”
“GAH! I’m NOT a girl!!! I’m a tomboy!!!” He was hurting me. So much!
“Let’s go!” The Captain said as he pulled me as I kicked and screamed to get away from him.
“KALE KALE!!! HELP ME KALE!!!”
“Krory! KRORY!!!” He tried to break free from the sand but he couldn’t. But, he was still alive. I saved him right?
I believe I had worn me self out from all the screaming, yelling and kicking, for when I awoke I was in unfamiliar territory. I quickly ran out of the room I was in and up the stairs and instantly found myself on a boat. I ran to the edge and saw we were sailing away from the mainland, the desert. Before I yell for nothing, a hand was covered over my face and I was forced on the ground. There were more of these dirty people around me with long hair, fancy but old clothing, and funny accents. The Pinsar man holding me down as the Captain once again approached me with his bandaged up face.
“I’m not found of children, that is why I have none on this ship. However, you are an exception to that Pirate code.” He smirked at me as he grabbed his sword out and pointed it at me. “Now for being such a pain in the ass, I'm going to punish you for scarring me for the rest of my life.”
“Whaaa!!! Let me go!!! What are you going to do???” I kicked and he held me down with full force. I’m scarred….please…were are the legendaries, did they not come?
“Now to scar you for the rest of your life…” He swung his sword down and I felt the sharp blade pierce my skin…
:: Reality ::
I sat up in a cold sweat outside breathin' hard. Even though that was a dream, it was a nightmare that actually occurred 16 years ago. If only I could do that day over again, I would have done so many things differently. I rubbed me left leg. However, because of that day, I wouldn’t be were I'm today and probably wouldn’t be protecting people in need. The legendaries, if they truly did exist, they did nothing for those in need. Some Gods they were! I don’t consider myself a God, but I will protect those who are in need. Precisely why I joined the military and worked hard ta get where I am.
I had already finished looking at everyone’s wallets. I learned a bunch from all these residents of the mansion. Some information I wish I could have not known such as Xio and this Glyph character. Nevertheless, their participation was needed at any cost and I honestly needed their cooperation. Haxlia’s past was also one that I also was weary about. Nevertheless, Tanner, his background was one that I found just as scary as the ex-Mafia and Yakuza. Many people try to escape from their background, some hide it, and some do both but in this situation, knowing what these blokes at this mansion are about was crucial.
It was a liddle later in the arvo when a bunch of gijinkas found me with all the wallets. I was waiting to see how long it would take them to find me, but the game wasn’t over there. Delin came flying though the sky and I made my escape once again.
There was a few more things I needed to take care of. I roamed through the big mansion and found the three rooms that I was looking for. Each person was away at the moment, so I slipped a note under their door to meet me at a particular time.
:: Around Dinner Time ::
Oh flamin hell this is awesome! A room that hazza microphone, so this bloody mansion has a speaker system like a school. This is brilliant!
“Ello ello? G’Day I mean G’Night gijinkas, I suppose yoos are looking for your wallets. If yoos want them back please meet me in the meeting room on the right side of the first floor wing! See yoos there soon, OH and din-din will be served there! I ordered pizza for all of yoos on the house!!”
It was nah time but gijinkas gave me the eye as they each came to pick up their wallets. I saw nah problem, most of them looked see if their money was gone but it wasn’t. I had no reason to nick it. Once Xio entered the room with his Sheila friend, he quickly glared at me out of the corner of his eye without her noticing.
The pizza was pretty popular among everyone, but of course it came to be silent as one brave soul spoke up. Actually the brave one was Mist.
“So I am curious, for whatever reason, why did you steal our wallets?” Mist asked as she placed the plate on her lap.
“I didn’t nick them shelia,” I smiled and pointed, “It was Shupple!”
Shupple turned red and looked at me, “Hey! Don’t put this all on me, you asked me to prove myself to you.”
“Tsk Tsk! You nicked everyone’s wallets such a bad ghost you are.” I chuckled waving my finger at her, “But no worries everyone, for whatever reason Shupple did that, I was able to look yoos all up on my nifty computer here and learn about your past backgrounds!” I had me hand on me computer.
Delin stood up quickly and nearly spilt the sup next to him and Patrick along with that Maria girl. “What exactly have you learned about our pasts?”
I smirked and rubbed the bottom of me nose, “Enough….”
He gulped and sat down.
“But none of yoos have to worry about your pasts or whatever yoos are hiding. I have no intention to judge or do nothing to yoos. Your pasts are also the key to helping yoos get stronger for the upcoming battle.” I said as I lifted me self onto a table and looked at everyone. “I need to know your decision if yoos are going to blue or not.” I narrowed me eyes on the crowd and frowned as it became more serious, “If yoos choose not to take part in this, that’s perfectly fine…but if that is your choose, pack your bags and leave this mansion immediately and rack off!”
The room was quiet and still. I reckon the shock of the statement I just made was unexpected.
“I am dead serious mates. Yoos have no intention to blue and save that shelia, I want yoos gone. It won’t be a bowl of rice. This mansion is now under military opperations and I am in command of it.”
Shupple took a step next to me and looked at the crowd, “I don’t know about any of you, but I am going to fight. I’m tired of being protected by others…” She paused, was she thinking about someone in mind? “But after an encounter with Krory myself, I see how strong she is and how much stronger I need to become! I am trusting her and going to fight!”
“I am too!”
“Me Too!!!”
“Hell if I let water types rule the world!”
And so everyone in the room agreed to take part in helping me defeat ta enemy. Thank bonzerness, I honestly didn’t want to kick anyone out of this mansion.
“Aye aye! Good to know you are all apart of this, I am proud of you!!” I smiled sweetly and chuckled as I adjusted me top and boobs. “Now we will begin training tomorrow! So you all should get a good night sleep tonight because yoos will all be assigned to your tutors to help yoos.”
Sneari raised her hand I pointed to her, “Ah yeah so, you aren’t training us, yeah?”
“I am merely one person, and can’t train everyone in this mansion.” I told her, “I realize in ta military we train 12 people at once, but time is our enemy at ta moment. So I have 3 more tutors who have agreed to help train yoos all.”
“Other tutors? “ Maria asked sitting next to Patrick who looked as equally confused.
“I’m not sure how aware yoos are of some of your mates around you, but there are 3 individuals here that are bloody powerful. From the background I looked at what I tinnie help yoos with, so we are taken’ your weaknesses and turnin’ them into your strengths. So tutors will you please come forth!”
Shupple’s eyes widen as she took a step to the side as three people stood next to me on each side. Shupple then went and sat down.
There stood Glyph, Haxlia, and Xio. Glyph smiled and acted more childish while standing there, Haxlia was strutting herself off as she too smiled at everyone, and Xio…well he had his arms crossed in front of his chest and kept a serious look on his face. He could at least look more rapt since he is being paid so much.
“Each of these tutors and me self will be training with yoos I have already split yoos all into groups. Sorry but yoos will be with these folks for three months.” I grabbed ta list that I written earlier, but was quickly interrupted by Patrick.
“Wait a moment, what if we don’t want to train with a particular tutor because..”
“You’re scared of them?” I patted Xio on ta head and laughed at Patrick. “Don’t be afraid of Xio, I’ll kill him if anything happens to yoos.” Xio sighed and turned ta other way.
“Besides Patrick yoos are with me. “
“With you?” He questioned.
“Aye!!! Me focus is on tactics and how to control your strength then going insane. Delin, Patrick , Mist and Tanner will be taken under my wing. Moving on, for speed and height, Haxlia is a master at this. So I am assigning Maura, Sneari, and Maria to her. On accuracy and stelth, Glyph is the bloke for this job. Kiiro, Tristyn, and Ewan to him. Finally, Xio will be in charge of Kiki, Shupple, Chandacy, and Rai. His main focus will be on power and fear.”
There was some grumbling among ta crowd. “Don’t worry, yoos are in good hands everyone! We only have three months to prepare so make every moment count.”
:: Later that Evening ::
I am so glad I slipped those notes under the doors of Glyph, Haxlia, and Xio when I did. Many were unaware but I met with three briefly at different times. I had offered each of them a ripper deal of money. Haxlia was the first to come to me and actually was perfectly fine knowing about her past since I told her I had nah beef with her, she agreed. Xio a few nights before agreed to do it for a great sum of money, but that was all that mattered though he did approach me about the wallet thing and threatened me. Glyph, however, when we met was more leery. That was to be assumed since military and Yakuza had crossed paths and killed each other. There were many things we discussed such as his past, however, we did come to an agreement that even someone of his standard couldn’t refuse even though neither of us trusted the other.
KNOCK KNOCK!
“Come in?” I said from the bed.
Shupple entered and stopped a few feet away. “Why did you put me with Xio? You knew I wanted to be with you! So why?”
“Hmm because yoos are holding back on something in your heart. Yoos are afraid of something and I can’t help yoos overcome that.”
“I’m not afraid of anything!” She exclaimed as I patted ta bed beside me for her to sit.
“Don’t lie, I’m a desert croc. I know lies from oaths. Yoos are afraid of something, and Xio is the only one who can help you conquer it.”
“I…I don’t like Xio though..” Shupple said looking at me again, “I can’t even say anything good of him…”
“Aye!! Haha! He didn’t speak to highly of yoos either shelia!!” She elbowed me quickly, “Though I don’t think it's fair to say that there hasn’t been any good from him.”
“What do you mean?”
“Haven’t yoos noticed that he has been going out at night and getting rid of any suspicious characters? A place like this can draw attention to those with bad intentions!” She didn’t say anything. “That’s okay that yoos didn’t know! Besides Xio will be good for yoos and I can train yoos on the side anyway. I was planning on it! Now bloody go get some rest dear Shupple!” I rubbed her back and smiled.
She nodded and exited. Tomorrow the training begins! The damn legendaries won't be helping out that much I am certain of...
