First of all I apologize for not reading other posts for this but I’ve fallen too way behind so I’ll try to read them later. And also I apologize for been away for so long! XC
And I’ll like to thank Eneko for the instructions for the plot! They are amazing!
Well, here goes the six months later.
I guess I’ll just try to organize how the organization inside the submarine would be XD
Summary at the end as always!
START (Damaris’ point of view):
En tu cuerpo inventaré
In your body I will invent
I’m trying to do,
Una historia que sea real,
A story that’s real,
Como ninguna antes.
Like no other before.
Contemplating you I’ll be,
Dejaré que sucedan las cosas,
I’ll let things happen,
Como deben ser,
Like they should,
Without hurrying them up.
¿Cómo resisto esta belleza?
How could I resist this beauty?
Mi alma sonríe,
My soul smiles,
Está de fiesta.
It’s having a party.
Y todo vuelve a empezar,
And everything starts again,
With you I’ll try,
Ser sabia sin presionar,
To be wise without pressing,
Dejar que sea lo que será,
Let it be what it is,
Solo el tiempo dirá.
Only time would tell.
Otra cosa (Other thing), by Julieta Venegas
That was my new song; I was singing it while I walked along the Water God’s submarine. I had some time before my next training and I decided to stretch my legs a bit. It was a really huge place to be just a submarine; it had nearly a one hundred of rooms and a giant head quarter where the central commands were. I missed Delin a whole lot, but not as much as before, somehow the water gods had become like a family to me.
Even when I had been enduring the hardest training I could ever be able to handle, having some friends at the base made it easier to go through it all. Most of the friends I made were part of our little rebel group. And they were so nice I could barely believe they were criminals.
And although I loathed training I couldn’t say I hated my tutors.
First there was Wallie. Training with Wallie, meant a lot of suffering. He was a big old Walrein, probably the oldest amongst us, most of the time he was a kind soul, hearing whatever complain you had, giving some advice, but when it comes to training…oh hoho..when it comes to training, he was… well ,let’s just say he was specialized on resistance…meaning I’ll be running for a really long time, carrying heavy objects and finally… receiving electric shocks…yup you heard that right! Nice electric shocks, the kind of things that would make your hair go up, literally…I hated that part of the training…but well training wasn’t quite made for having fun right? No pain no game. He was part of the rebels like me, and he saved me a lot of times form revealing I still remembered my past.
And second there was Dewy the dewgong she was specialized in aiming. She was really pretty, with her long white dress and her goddess figure made it difficult to believe she was one of the strongest ones in the team. That is until you see her start throwing the attacks against the aims. Her aim was perfect but what was really amazing was her straight, she could rival even Drake if she wanted…bad thing she was not part of our rebel group. And she was a bit too strict when it came training, she hated when you arrived late and wouldn’t let you have your lunch or dinner until you had been able to hit the target. Fortunetly her training didn’t involve getting hurt…otherwise I guess I would have died a long time ago.
I was lost in thought till I heard a horrible buzzing sound. “beeeeeep…Attention to all of the gijinka, we need you to report to the central command right now!”
Hmmm…wonder what had happened…
As I arrived to the central command I saw all the gijinka formed in straight lines in front of a huge platform in which Gorefrey stood with his firm look and his arms crossed, waiting for everyone to gather. Drake and Crunch were standing by his side. While Drake looked to the front with a serious but at the same time calmed face, Crunch seemed to be glaring at us.
I formed together with Geo who had been madly shaking his arms signaling for me to come. I blushed a bit as the rest of the group followed me with their stares…I guess I was the last one to arrive for the look in their faces. And Geo was not helping with my blush as he hugged me while grinning.
-You should answer more swiftly to the call otherwise our fearless leader would hag you up dear!- He said smiling as always.
-Thanks for the comfort Geo! That’s so nice from you- I said lowering my voice as I saw Gorfrey take a step forward.
Gorfrey looked around verifying that we were all there.
-I guess we are all here now- Gorefrey’s voice resound all around the place.
-Very well, I must tell you our time has come! We are finally able to reach our dreams my friends! We have the strength to rule the world by expanding our oceans!- He proclaimed raising his arms as furious shouts of pride raised as if they followed his arms.
-And I’ll tell you how we will accomplish this! I’ve called our strongest gijinkas to our head quarters. We will gather there to wait for the moon to be in it’s complete form in 5 nights from now and we will use surf!!! We would flood the continents! All the world will become our ocean!- He shouted with enthusiasm.
-Hail the Water Gods!- A voice was heard. And then another one…until all the room was filled with shouts.
Gorefrey raised his arms to calm the crowd. –Although not all of you will accompany me at the start, some of you will remain here to mess with that Gijinka Mansion, be sure to bring me their head! Drake will command you and I’ll be expecting you at Navel Rock!- He then took a step back and pointed his finger at us.
-Now all of you! Back to work! I’ll hang the list of the ones to stay here this afternoon!- Gorefrey left the room followed by Drake and Crunch.
So we will be divided huh…This is getting interesting. Well, at least we would be fewer to face the mansion, that would make things easier…now wait, what if I end up in the group that heads for the island?…that would be troublesome…
My line of thoughts was interrupted by Geo.
-Earth to Damaris! Earth to Damaris! Please answer dear astronaut!- He said while poking my face.
-Quit it out Geo! I’m not an astronaut- I said while placing my hands on my hips. Sometimes we looked like little kids fighting.
-Sure miss spaced out!- he just chuckled at my reaction.
-Well, look who’s talking! I saw you staring at Drake through the whole time!- I declared pointing at him.
Geo turned as red as an apple, but before I could add anything else, Geo Looked around us to make sure no one was close and then scooted closer and placed his mouth near my ear, I shivered form being so close, I could felt his breath in my ear! So I tried to take a step back, but Geo got a hold of my arm preventing me from doing so. And then he whispered in my ear – We will have a meeting by midnight, be sure to be at the last engine compartment at 12 o’clock tonight.- I looked at him wide eyed it has been a long time since our last reunion.
Geo took one step back and walked away waiving his good bye. I recovered in a few seconds and waved back.
Then I remembered I should be going to train with Wallie…Ooook here we go again. I mentally prepared myself for the training…gods this is going to hurt.
FF to midnight
I opened the door of my room looking around, making sure no one would see me…I tiptoed my way to the engines room as swift as I could, stopping every now and then to look behind me. For some odd reason my steps seemed to get louder as I tiptoed making my nerves almost kill me.
I saw the light coming from the engines room, I had finally made it! I started walking faster when I felt some presence on my back…
I turned around to find someone clad in a huge cloth, Jumping up and down, and as I was about to scream a hand covered my mouth.
-Calm down scary cat!- I heard Geo’s voice in my ear. I turned around to find Drake leaning against the wall, holding his laugh as Geo gave the figure clad in that over sized cloth a thumbs up!
The figure took of the cloth to reveal Toto the totodile, who started jumping form one foot to the other as he smiled and sang “toto toto toto” like his Pokemon not human version.
I resisted my need to kill them both as Drake pleased a hand on my shoulder.
-Well, now that you arrived we are complete- Drake announced smiling with a smile I hadn’t seen for such a long time since all this training had kept him from smiling.
-Sure- I said heading inside the room, wondering why was I always the last one.
-Well then, let’s get this started- Drake sat down on the floor and I sat down beside him, I gave a small look around. The 25 gijinkas that made part of our little rebel group were looking at Drake anxiously to know what would be our next move.
-First of all, as you should have noticed, only five of us had been placed on the submarine, while the other 20 are heading to Navel Rock. The five of us that will remain here would be Geo, Toto, Damaris, Winey (the wingul) and me. Our best options are that the 5 that will remain here will convince the Gijinkas from the mansion to help us to stop Gorefrey’s plans. As for the others, please try to keep Gorefrey worried over other things, keep him away from making the Tsunami- Drake said looking at all of the members one by one.
-Are you sure they would help us out?- Asked Winey, she was a young girl probably sixteen years old, she wasn’t very strong but her abilities to avoid attacks was unmatchable. She was really smart but she thought too much about herself more than about the others. That made her useless when you were in trouble and she wouldn’t help you out if it might get her in trouble too.
-I’m sure they will, they were my friends once, they had even been training to come and rescue me. They are kind people- I answered for Drake.
-Sure, They’re kind! That’s why they turned Frey the Frillish into jelly. And he was just spying a little bit. I don’t think that Luxray guy could be called kind- Whity the Whiscash argued. I couldn’t decide if I liked this guy or I hated him, he liked to make fun of everyone that would cross his path, and made some good points at the reunions.
-Well, Xio it’s not that kind, I give you that. But I believe he would size with us when he knows what is happening- Or at least that is what I hoped.
-Well, we have no other options right? We can’t afford to face Gorfrey on our own; he has plenty of water gijinkas under his command- Said Wallie.
-Wallie is right, we can’t fight this alone, more over that, we are only 5 at the submarine, and we will need to knock out the other 15 gijinkas on the submarine. And not only that, we will also have to convince Laxus the Lanturn to take us to the Island.- stated Drake.
-Bah, that’s a piece of cake Drake you now the 2 of us are enough to beat them up easily, we are the strongest ones after all- Geo gave Drake a wink.
- I don’t wish any harm to fall over them, the only one guilty of all of these is Gorefrey. And if we are going to win this without anyone getting hurt, it’s better to have allies.- Drake looked at his pocket watch and stood up.
-Well, I guess there are no other ways my friends. We will do as I have stated on the beginning of the meeting, and the ones that will remain here will help me to plan how to convince the Gijinkas from the mansion to help us. For now let’s hope for the best. Have a good sleep, tomorrow will be a long day.- We all stood up and started heading back to our rooms.
Tomorrow was surely going to be a really long day.
Six months later, Damairs had also been enduring some hard training since she needed to catch up with the rest of the members of the team. They had made her practice her resistance especially against electrical attacks, her aim and over all her long distance attacks.
She began to feel more at home with the Water gods and made some friends at the base.
Damaris and the other Water Gods were called to the central command center to hear an announcement. Gorefrey told the assembled team that it was time for the flood to come and that it was time to start moving! He decided to take the strongest ones with him to the HQ, except for Drake and Geo that were meant to get rid of the Gijinkas at the mansion.
That night, Drake summoned the rebels to decide what would be their next move. Only 5 of the ones in the rebel group would remain at the submarine. So they decided they would try to convince the gijinkas form the mansion to help them to stop Gorfrey while the rest of the group (nearly 25 other gijinkas) would try to give them some time before the Tsunami.
Well I hope this covers up for the time I’ve been out!
See ya around!
