Recently, SmallxLady has been posting links to some very interesting Pokemon trivia videos in her own Pokemon world. So I thought I'd share them here as well. Here's the first video.
I have known about the similarities between Mew and Ditto for years. But the idea of Ditto being failed attempts at a Mew clone never crossed my mind. The more I think about it, the more it does make a lot of sense.
I had also never even heard of this battle with Professor Oak in the Generation One games. I actually wish the game designers left that in. It would've extended the game just a little bit more (and provided a good use for Mewtwo). But it looks like this battle with Professor Oak could possibly be a sort of prototype for the other powerhouse in-game trainers that take place after the Elite Four. Like the battle with Red for example.
