Hello everyone. I have a bit of exciting news to share with you all this evening. A trailer for the next Pokemon movie was revealed today. At first glance, the movie just seems to be a shot for shot remake of the very first episode of the anime, but the end of the trailer reveals something else that never happened in that pilot. Take a look.
While Ho-Oh did make an appearance at the end of that first episode, the sacred bird never flew at Ash and Pikachu or left behind a Rainbow Wing for the duo. This movie could very well do something that I wish the anime had done many years ago.
UPDATE: The Anime News Network posted this same trailer for the upcoming movie this morning, along with a little bit more information on the film. Apparently in this version of events, Ash and Pikachu made a vow to one day go and meet Ho-Oh on the day they saw it flying. I have to say, I am getting more and more excited about this movie the more I learn about it.
