*chuckles* Now that I have your attention, I'll begin my Post.
Ello again fellow PGR Club Members. It is I, Nao-chan AKA Estelle, here to set a little ground rules. Well lets see. Otomi and I were talking about certain things we find unneccesary for the club. And some things just got plain annoying. Plus I've noticed that some people have been breaking the OLD rules as well. I mean come on. Didn't the members have to read them BEFORE joining this club? Otomi, Dei, and I worked hard to create this club. Really hard. And before we can put up a new story line, I find it really neccessary if we place some rules into order. The old rules will be put up also, so you could see what was there before. Here we go:
Rule Number One: Your Gijinka MUST wear clothing similar to its pokemon. NO NUDENESS! Nudeness is just plain weird... I mean you would really run around with no clothing? ... Eeww.
Rule Number Two: No lengendary Pokemon Gijinka. (It really gets annoying when someone uses a legendary pokemon and acts like they're more superior. Please be a REGULAR pokemon) I could of SWORN that a few members choose to use a legendary pokemon gijinka before they got into the club. Like come on. WHY do we have rules if you don't choose to read them? It like a waste of our time. -_-
Rule Number Three: You should use only ONE Gijinka OC. Ask permission from the leader (Otomi Babii) or the Co Leader (DeidaraNarutoClan) or Vice Co Leader (Eneko) if you want to use another.
Rule Number Four: Participate in this club. (Please people don't just join and do anything. We, leaders of various clubs, hate the "join and leave" thing =/) If you can not post anything due to a real life event or something, Please contact the leaders so they would know. Un- Participants will be contacted through PM asking them kindly to participate or else sadly suffer dismembership.
Rule Number Five: No perviness. (I mean if you want to use perviness its okay but NO EXTREME HENTAI! JUST DONT OVERDUE IT MAN!) I personally agree with this rule. Please do not go over the level. You'll know what is the limit or not.
Now for the NEW rules.
Rule Number Six: No Loners! Okay, maube once in a while. But please, during RP, do not go off by yourself looking for some adventure. Nor go off just to be "Alone". The club is about Pokemon Gijinkas finding a way to live TOGETHER and making adventures TOGETHER! Loners just makes the story boring, annoying, and sad.
Rule Number Seven: ONLY and pacifically ONLY the LEADERS are allowed to make the rivals. Members can not come out of the blue with a new rival. Its like making a new OC. Oh that reminds me..
Rule Number Eight: Use only ONE OC in this club. No extras, No exceptions. Using multiple OCs really gets confusing during RP. That means no mother, father, cousins, and etc. of a existing OC of a member used in the RP. This law is really important. Only use one OC and only your OC that you signed up to be in the club. This club is also about making new friends, not going to your parents house and eat rice cakes.
Rule Number Nine: NO FREAKING ADVERTISMENT!! Like what's the point of being in this club if you're going to advertise for some other club that you may be in or created? It just doesn't make any type of sense! And it's quite rude to the Leader, Founder, Co Leader, and Vicey. (And just so you know, I'm the Founder.) It really does hurt Otomi's feelings when people do that. It's like her club or what she's doing isnt good enough. With me, I just get plain mad and upset. So please please please, do not advertise.
Rule Number Ten: Do not continue the story line by yourself. Oh gosh. This rule is most important to me. Last time a member did that Otomi and I got very upset. Like really now. This club Role Plays together. Isn't that what RPing is?? Last time I checked, it was. I'm not trying to call anyone out right now but if you want to continue a story line the club choose to not continue, please do that certain storyline somewhere else. Like on your OWN world or something.
And Finally Rule Number Eleven: Ah. The last rule. All members must do missions. These missions are really important. Plus most of them are fun so why not do them? If the mission requires you to draw a picture and you do not have a scanner, please contact the Leaders. They'll give you something to do.
Break one of the following rules once then you will get a personal PM. A warning. Break three more you will be on Suspension for how long the Leaders feel like. Break them once more after that then you will be dismembered from this club.

If you have any questions at all, please place them in the comment box below and I would be happy to answer them. And please do not say that its too much rules because I'm pretty sure other clubs as much more rules than this. Also, all members must comment below stating that they accept these rules. Its like a contract. And if you break the rules after signing this "contract" then you will accept the consequences. Thank you so very much again and I hope you have fun at RPing!
