He always wear a top hat with a little, blue flame burning on the top. He has white, short hair with violet and light blue streaks. Chandler always tries to look elegant. He mostly wears matching outfits and gessato jackets. He like to be thought as a gentleman. when he goes by “Lord Chant” he wears a long cape with a hood that covers almost all his face; In his pockets he always carry a brass pocket watch and a tarot deck.

Personality: He is always calm and collected. He respects everyone, and always has the right answers for everything. he’s the type of person that scolds only people he cares about. If someone is boring him, he’ll try to hypnotize them with his blue flames.
History: Chandler was born as a gijinka in Unova, in the Celestial tower. Since the young age, he was known around for the vast knowledge he had about things, so he started waiting on top of the tower, next the bell, to wait for people or gijinkas that wanted to know something. On his 17th birthday, his parents gave him a tarot deck as a present, and since then he practiced reading them, to later become one of the most accurate fortune tellers in all Unova. He then left home to travel the world, and joined an organization of 17 members, that wanted him for his power and natural talent. He was given the title “Lord Chant” and he always appeared masked and with a hooded cape. When the organization fell due to an attack, he fought until he was one of the last men standing, so he faked his own death and disappeared from sight for as long as it took for people to forget about him. he started a new life with a group of traveling ginjinkas guided by a Serperior, and later settled down in Nimbasa city, where he started working for the restaurant opened by the group. He now took some time for himself to run in a new adventure, where he hopes to learn something new.
Job: he hopes to find a job as a fortune teller, but is also willing to help in case of illness and injuries
Likes: cards, elegant clothes, being all mysterious even if people already know him well, cold weather, learning and reading.
