PROLOUGE
Some people say Mythical creatures dont exist,. . . but, I say, they do.
CHAPTER 1
Something wet rolled down the side of my cheeks, I lifted my trembling hand up to it, wiping it away. A tear. Why was I crying? My eyes darted around the blank space I was in. Where was he? why couldn't I see him? I yelled his name, only to here the echoe of my own scratchy, voice.
I ran around the space looking for something-----------anything.
My eyes flung open, I found myself breathing , fast, short breaths. I rolled over on my right to face the clock, sitting quietly on my nightstand. In red, shiny numbers, it read '7:30 AM'. "ugh" i groaned. Monday had come once again. Which ment another boring day, another boring week. I yawned, popping my jaw in the process. I pulled the comforter over my head. A sudden jump shook my bed, followed but something pushing on my stomach. I peekd over the top to find my cat Garfeild, laying on my lap.
"get off" i mumbled, pulling him up to cuddle against my cheek. He purred lightly, his throat vibrating against my chin. " I know you dont hate me" I ran the tips of my fingers from the top of his head, and down his orange-and-brown stipped back. His fur was soft, like usual. The clock beeped repeditly, which started Garfeild, making him jump. A sudden stike of pain japped my palm. I flipped my hand over to examine the cut. Garfeild had cut my palm.Stupid cat.
Social Studies was a bore, Science was nauseating, the day by far was going the same as always. "Hey Ari!" I turned around to see a girl with Dirty Blonde hair standing behind me, smiling a pearly smile. She was wearing a turquoise short sleeve shirt with faded blue jeans. Her shoes were black converes, And her small, pale hands were holding onto a clipboard.
I felt my face move into a concerned look. "who...are you?" i asked, quickly walking away, only to hear the following footsteps. "Hey Hey WAIT!" her protesting voice pounded against my eardrums. "leave me alone creep!" i yelled back.
I swirved through the hallway filled with students---and teachers. "please just listento me!" I stopped---out of breath. She jogged up beside me, grasping her clipboard until her knuckles were white. "so" she began. "we have a new student"
"whoopde-friggin-doo" i rolled my eyes, i really didn't care. "so....could you please show him around when he gets here?" she asked.
"his na--"
"wait, d'you say his?"
"y-yeah" she stumbled, flipping through her papers. I glanced around the hallway, making sure nobody was staring at my now red face.
" Oh! heres his paper!" she handed me a sheet of paper, filled out in perfect writing. "He'll be here in about 10 minutes, the office'll call you up when he gets here" she smiled, and skipped down the hallway.
I sighed and read the paper. "This oughta be interesting" i yawned, and walked into Math class. I waited impatiently for the ten minutes to be up, finally , they were.
The hallway was empty and silent, except for me and my trembling hands, and the sound of my shoes hitting the floor. I turned into the office, where a boy was sitting on a wooden chair. I inhaled a sweet scent, (probably cologne) and smiled as it tingled up my nose. His hair was a rich chesnut brown, curling right above his eyebrows. His eyes were liquid chocolate. His cheeks were slightly pink, and his lips curved up into a grin. his shirt was a baggy-green T-shirt, his pants faded, and slightly ripped jeans, at last black sneakers.
I glanced down, trying not to make eye contact, knowing that if i did, i would surely embarass myself. "hey, my name is Ar---"
"arianna" he interupted. I looked straight into his eyes. "what?" i asked, acting like i didn't hear a word. "I SAID your name is Arianna" he smiled, and stood up. " o-okaay" I turned around, closing my eyes , trying to calm my nerves. "let's go" I opened to door, and walked out. He followed.
Once he caught up with me, i turned around and faced him, completley embarassing myself. "HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU KNOW MY NAME!!!!????" I had just started. "we haven't even MET before!" I glared at his eyes, then looking away, right before the pinkness took over my cheeks. He smiled at me, and walked infront of me....again. "C'mon Ari you dont notice ME?" He questioned. I looked away, but he jumped right infront of me again.
I stared at his face. Now that i thought about it....he does look familiar. "hey" he said, interupting my train of thought. He grabbed the sheet from my hand and put it infront of my face. "you haven't read this have you?" he asked. I grabbed the sheet from his hand, and scanned over it again. What had i missed? "Colten....." I gasped. "T-TY!?" i shrieked, totally suprised. He smiled, a machievious smile and looked to the right. "Right here" he teased. "oh....my....god" I whispered.
And at that moment, everything from my head, disappeared into thin air, my hands went numb, letting the paper flutter to the ground. A tingled raced up my nose and into my eyes, letting the little drops of salt water race down my cheek. And then, a smile spread across my face.
Alright, well i hv a tendency to start things, n never finish them,BUT~ i m working on a stry ive been wrking on for 2 mths, and i wus tinkn, wuld u guyz rather read that one (which is a love stry n mythical creatures) or keep on reading the zodiacs? cmmnt n tell me!

Chapter Seven-
"holy sh-"
"Rosalee"
"sorry" It was getting late, which meant it was morning in the U.s, and NOBODY had gotten used to the change yet.
Ari and Rosalee were in the kitchen, putting away the grociries,while Jennifer and Mellissa were consulting their newly found zodiac.
"should we train her?"
" I have no friggin' idea, i got dragged into this too!"
Jennifer sighed deeply. She put her face in her hands. If you think managing a group of roudy teenagers with powers is easy---boy, are YOU wrong. Mellissa yawned and stood up. "well" she began " we should start training tommorow, with or WITHOUT Rosalee"
And, they did.
The Next Day . . .
Everyone decided to train at an old, abandoned dojo. It was Ari againt Jennifer first. To be honost, Ari WASN'T good at sports.At all.
"okay, gimme' all you've got" Jennifer said cracking her knuckles. Ari gulped. Her best wasn't here, and didn't want to come out. She wanted to run away ASAP!!! "uhh....my best isn't here right noooow" she whined. Jennifer ran and punched Ari in the gut, sending her flying backwards. Ari landed on her knees. She stood up, clutching her stomach.
Ari ran to Jennifer, jumped over her head, and slammed her hand on Jennifer's back. Jennifer fell, and Ari landed on her feet with a thud. "whoooooaaaa" Ari said, looking at her hand. There as NO WAY... NOW WAY, she just did that.
Jennifer ran behind Ari,planning ti hit her elbow in Ari's head, but Ari jumped up, dodging Jennifer's attack, and slamming her heel, into Jennifer's head. Jennifer stood up and smiled at Ari.
"nice reflex" she commented. Ari laughed and scratched the back of her head. "heh--thanks"
"i didn't know Ari could do that" Chris added.
"now--" he popped his neck "it's MY turn!" he said, pushing Ari out of the way.
Jennifer smiled and stretched her arm. "okay" she said happily. Chris ran and tried to punch her in the face, but Jennifer dodged his atack and kicked him in the back.
Chris immediantly turned around and punched Jennifer in the gut, sending her backwards, landing on her back.
"never mess with a football player" Chris gloated, getting the dirt of his shirt.
Mellissa stepped foward.
"i guess it's my turn"
"yup" Chris replied, giving her a 'pat' on the back. Mellissa stumbled.
Jennifer sent a punch Mellissa's way, Mellissa squeled and ducked. She swung her foot and tripped Jennifer,giving her time to counter attack. Jennifer elbowed Mellissa in the ribs. Mellissa fell to the ground.
Writhing in pain............?
"HHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH" mellissa began laughing. Everyone stared.
"She's LAUGHING" chris mumbled. "what a spaaazz" he said in his usual tone. Ari glared at Chris then began laughing. Which got Rosalee laughing. Chris coughed a few times, then quietly laughed into his fist. Jennifer helped Mellissa up and laughed. "hahh---oouuuuuuucH!" Meliissa complained.
Chapter Six:
Ari pushed the grocery cat down the isle. "ugh" she sighed. "hey" a girl said. " is this yours?" She said pointing to the grocery cart. "yeah" Ari replied. The girl smiled, pushing the grocery cart back to Ari. " you're not from here are you?" she asked. Ari blushed. " it's that noticable?" she asked , stopping the cart from going any further. She shrugged. " yeah, i'm from the United States, i'm here to train for 6 months" The girl walked up to ari and held her hand out. Ari shook it. " i'm Arianna Lewis, but call me Ari Ari said smiling. Ari held onto the cart. " i'm Rosalee Thompson" Rosalee said smiling. "nice to meet you" and with that, the two new friends, walked down the isle.
By the time they were done shopping, Ari invited Rosalee over for lunch. Rosalee politely accpeted the offer and went with Ari.
When they got to the hotel room, they walked into the kitchen. "HI! WE'RE HOOOME" ari sung loudly. Mellissa dashed to ari, and immediatly ravaged threw the bags. Jennifer walked out smiling. Mellissa stared at Rosalee.
"who's she?"
"she's Rosalee Thompson"
"is she on of us?" Mellissa asked blunty. Jennifer glanced at Rosalee. "could be" she whispered, scratching her head. " hey Rosalee, do you have a MARK anywhere on you?" She questioned. "maybe, but what in the world are you guys talking about?" Rosalee answered. She sat down on the couch. Jennifer smirked and held her hands above Rosalee's head. " What are you doing?" She yelled, panicking.
" Sit still" Jennifer ordered. Suddenly, a green light appeared above Rosalee's head. It formed the zodiac sign for saggittarius.
" you're one of the zodiacs, saggittaius" Jennifer said pulling her hands down.
Chapter five:
The Next Day. . .
"ARRRRRIIIIIII!!!!!!" Mellissa screamed. Ari sat up immidiatly. "whaaaat?" She asked, in a pissed and tired voice. "COME HERE!" Mellissa yelled back. Still sleepy, Ari slowly got out of bed and walked into Mellissa's room. Mellissa was sitting on her bed, pointing to her nightstand.
"what do you waaant?" Ari said.
"look!"
"i AM!"
"do you see it!?"
"NO! all i see is your lamp!" Ari said putting her hands on her hips. "weell" Mellissa beckoned ari to come over there with her hands. Ari walked to Mellissa and bent down.
There, sitting on her nghtstand, were three, what almost looked like marbles.
"Marbles" Ari stood up straight. " you woke me up for friggin' marbles!!!" she sighed. " wwwoooooww " She walked out. " screw this" she whispered.
LATER . .
Mellissa and Jennifer were in their hotel room, the three girls shared. The boys went to basketball game, and Ari went grocery shopping.
After telling Jennifer about the "marbles" Jennifer explained that they were element globs and that each zodiac, including Ari, chris, and Mellissa, has a certain element globe.
"what the hell are element globes?" mellissa asked bluntly. Jennifer sighed. "were you eve---"
"I GET IT! YOOOSH!" Mellissa screamed with food in her mouth. Jennifer gave her a weird look.
"whateeevvveeeeerr" Jennifer mumbled.
