My place in the BNHA fandom
I first discovered BNHA on Pinterest and as much as I hate to admit it, it was Tsyu that got me attracted to the series. I'm not gonna waste time talking about unless I actually get a reply this time so if you're a huge fan of BNHA leave a comment.
Where I stand in the Fairy Tail fandom
While I can't recall exactly which video, I first discovered Fairy Tail through Youtube. I tried reading the manga in High School but couldn't get into it. It wasn't until I got Internet at home that I started watching the anime and I have been in love with it ever since.
Fairy Tail gets a lot of hate for too much fanservice and characters never dying but I think those are stupid reasons. I can't really defend the fanservice but an anime doesn't need to kill off it's characters to be great. Fairy Tail proves that.
I like the plot. I like the setting. I like all of the Fairy Tail wizards and most of the other characters. It's hard for me to pick a favorite but I suppose it would be Erza Scarlet. She's beautiful, sexy, a total badass and at times, even adorable.
I'm currently in the Tartaros arc.

Where I stand in the Dragon Ball fandom
Okay so first off, I think DBZ is the most overrated anime ever. The pacing is shit, too many unwelcome timeskips and Goku doesn't even defeat most of the bad guys. With that out of the way, I respect the series for paving the way for Bleach, Naruto and One Piece. I've seen the original series, DBZ, GT, and will start Super in a few weeks.
My favorite characters are Vegeta and Piccolo.

Where I stand in the Soul Eater fandom
Ahh where do I begin with Soul Eater? While it did come one Toonami and I did watch a few episodes from there, I actually discovered this anime from a classmate named Alexis. She was so obsessed with Soul Eater at the time she used it for a class assignment LoL.
I did try to read the manga in high school but lost track of the chapters after a few days. I watched the full series 2 years ago and I loved every episode. It's so funny and tells an epic story at the same time! As a horror movie junkie, I also appreciate all the little horror references in the anime. Did you know that Blair the Cat was named after The Blair Witch Project? Amazing!
As with FMA, I just can't decide who's my favorite character so here's another list.

Where I stand in the Death Note fandom
As with most anime, I discovered Death Note through Toonami. I never really tried to watch it on there although I did catch a few scenes like when Light killed the detective, Ryuk and Misa exchanged apples and Near wore that L mask (which scared the hell out of me as a kid.)
I did try to read the manga in high school but only got as far as the Yotsuba arc before getting bored. I did watch the anime series once I got the internet at home. It was one of the first series I watched.
I really enjoyed the Gothic tones and nature of Death Note. It barely had any action but more than made for it with drama and suspense. This was an anime where the battle was fought with the mind rather than the body. As far the debate between L and Light goes, while L is my favorite character, I'd probably side with Light because his intentions did start out noble, even if they were corrupted over time.
(Crap! I didn't know this page could extend. I guess I can give more concrete summaries for future anime.
