Another good one is Terror in Resonance (Zankyou no Terror), a psychological/mystery thriller with amazing art/animation quality.Short but good, but I don't like the ending.

Also, noticed you've got SNAFU listed twice. ;)

    My Suggestions for Top 100:

Violet Evergarden - Bittersweet and beautiful, the story is well-crafted and neatly wrapped up in its original 13 episodes. (There is already an OVA and a movie is coming soon.) I just rewatched all of the series, and even on second watch enjoyed it just as much as the first viewing.

Erased - A thriller series with a time travel twist. This is another excellent short series.

My Hero Academia - Fun and heartfelt homage to superhero comics. What's really cool about this show is the way it shows how events and their consequences unfold.

Red-Haired Snow White - A fun, mostly light-hearted fantasy/romance series with fun characters. The art and animation are gorgeous!

Your Lie in April - A similar emotional flavor to Violet, bittersweet but beautiful in its best moments and strongly psychological. The only thing I hold against it is its sense of humor (abused kid's friends beating on him for the sake of slapstick; wouldn't be such a big deal if it was just a couple knots on the head instead of him bleeding).
