Hokage's Mandate
This is an important post from your Hokage. Please read this.
Lunastarz and I have both been having concerns lately with this site. Many people are using it to post random things that do not pertain to the Ninja Club, or sometimes even to the show! You have your own Worls and MyOtaku sites - Lunastarz is not your walking advertisement. Post these things on your own site. She made it very clear in the beginning that you could post only in regards to the ninja club, and that has gone ignored. We don't have a lot of rules at the club, and we're not asking a lot of you, but to be relevant? I thought that was a given. I really don't care if she has more subscribers than you, or more views, or whatever. You use this site for the Ninja Club, and your site for the rest. I am tired of checking this site, only to see something that doesn't relate to an update for the club. I appreciate the enthusiasm, but this is spamming. Stop spamming Sakura's Headquaters.
I am not angry at any one person, so do not take this personally. Some of the posts are enjoyable, but guess what? I subscribe to the ninja club members, so I'm going to see it anyways! If Lunastarz and I can make sites for you about the Ninja Club, try not to take advantage of us. Lunastarz and I are in agreement on this, so do not harass about this for any reason. If I find out that someone has been giving her even the slightest problems about this post, I will not hesitate to remove them from the club entirely. Take this post seriously, because I am not in any way joking, lying, or exaggerating. I still love you all, but some ground rules have to be set. Thank you reading this post.

Mission Completed! Cha!
A poof of smoke appeared before you and as the fog slowly faded away, stood Haruno Sakura holding two magic scrolls (xD! So sappy) She presented them to the Hokage as rest of the remaining Ninja Club Members.
“Konichiwa everyone!” She waved. “I completed my mission with finding two wallpapers that I enjoy deeply. After seeing that my first wallie of choice was posted before me, I went out searching and found this one.” She smiled as she showed the first.http://fc02.deviantart.com/fs16/f/2007/161/d/e/Naruto__Konoha_Warriors_by_O_renji.jpg “Hope you like all of the colors and ninja in there. Although it has very few shinobi, I hope it does well with the other entries.” ^w^
“Now for the second I thought of changing it from the rest of the others. Why not just a wallie for the Hokage? *Note* I did it this way not to try to butter the Hokage up, but because doing things this way is more fun to write and read. It also saves room on this page so the pictures don’t screw up the sight. Thank you.

Hello everyone! SuperSaiyanJounin here to finally update! I suck X_X Haha xD
First of all, let’s give a warm welcome to EmoLovesEmoBoy, our Kisame Hoshigaki! I have been waiting for Kisame! I was like, “I want to complete Akatsuki T_T Kisame is cool! I want Itachi to have a partner! JOIN AKATSUKI!” That was me xD! Also, we have narutoKHfighter as Konohamaru! We also have SleeptighT, as the way cool Suigetsu x] Hurray for new members ^-^
Promotions! For a very cute fanart, xxCherryStarxx is now a Genin! CrimsonANBU made a very cute picture of the Hyuuga cousins, and is now a Chuunin! DeidaraNarutoClan, for yet another awesome fanart, is now the Akatsuki Leader! And due to popular vote, there will only be one Akatsuki leader, so congratulations! I still don’t know what to do about promoting myself though. It just seems unfair >_> x[ Also, Rein Akira is now a Chuunin! She submitted a fanart, and also solved my promotion problem! Is that ironic that I promoted her for solving my promotion problem? xD!
Now, we have some new features. Rein Akira actually gave me a solution to the promotion problem: jutsu. From now on, the ninja club will be going by a point system. A fanart is worth 20 points, a wallpaper is worth 10 points, and an e-card is worth 5 points. As for participation, I may give out points for that as I see fit. You may use your points to “buy” jutsu, which I will make a list of special for each character, or a promotion. There may be some characters who have few known jutsu, or none at all, so unfortunately, these people will have to just take promotions. I am sorry about that :[ Special missions will have their point value decided at that time. I actually have a mission for you! The first official mission of the ninja club is to find a new background for the site! This mission is worth 30 points, because I will probably have it on the site for a long time. You may submit no more than two pictures, and you will get 5 points just for submitting one! Because I know how much it sucks to look for just the right picture xD Please let it be a nice-looking picture, with as many ninja in it as possible. Just reference the current background if you need an idea! I will be opening up the ninja site to guest posters for this mission, so make sure to post your pictures HERE.
This next feature is not a definite at this point, but it is up for consideration. I would like to make a Kage Council. Since I am the Hokage, I wanted to make a council consisting of the Hokage, Kazekage, Mizukage, Raikage, and Tsuchikage. This will not be based on who has the highest ranking, but who is the active in participating, who I have the most communication with, and who has done a good job in being consistent with commenting, messaging me, and checking up on posts. I could have an Academy Student in my council if I wanted to, so please keep in mind that rankings won’t help. Don’t PM me NOW, just because you want the position. You can PM me, but I have a general feel already for who would be best for this, so a last-ditch effort will not work. This is not definite though, so let me know what you think!
Unfortunately, SuperSaiyanJounin’s brain is mush, because she’s sleepy, so that is all for now. Later on, I will be posting the official list of ninja club members, as well as their character and rankings, sort of like what Lunastarz has. Until the next post! Jaa ne! ^_^

That should be everything. Soon, I will post an updated list of all members, as well as their rankings. I will also post a few updates I have on rankings, as well as a solution to the problem of “what to do after I run out of rankings”. This post is too long, so that is why I am separating it into 2. Lunastarz gets back from her vacation on Saturday, thank goodness -_- We just might have some serious club changes, depending on how certain circumstances fall into place within the next few days or weeks. Let me know if I forgot anything, I apologize if I did.
