SSJ has been asked to update by various members, so here I am. *Is obviously tired*

First things first - a new member! We have innocent heart, the wonderful e-card maker, as the totally awesome, "ah munna eat joo" Zetsu! xD! The Akatsuki is almost complete! We just need a Kakuzu! x] Also, Supercatluver, also known as our Tayuya, as a new username, UltimateNejiFanG. I might go back and forth between referencing these usernames, so this is to clear up any future confusion. Also, Gaaragirl911 decided to switch from being Sakumo Hatake to the 2-tailed jinchuuriki, Yugito.

Next, our very first "point rewards", with our new point system:

I believe that is all the points I owe people. When I give out points, I will say your current total and how many points you've earned so far, and I will soon be adding the point system as a part of the list with the members and their ranking.

The Kage Council has officially been given the green light. This council will help me with various things, like posting or making decisions. Lunastarz and I are currently discussing our final member of the council, and that will be announced soon. This is not based off of ranking or who submits the most fanart; it is based off of who Luna-chan and I can converse with the best, and who we feel is level-headed, intelligent, and conversational. The council is about being helpful and communicating, so it is mainly about their communication skills.

Also, it has been said to me that the concept of jutsu is confusing. It is just like promotions and rankings - it doesn't really do anything, it's just for fun. With your points, you can "buy" promotions or jutsu. Jutsu will be worth less than promotions, so they will be easier to get. For members whose characters do not have jutsu, or whose jutsu have yet to be revealed, they will only be able to buy promotions. Sorry x[
