1. Anything the Otaku allows, I'll allow, as long as it's good story telling.
2. You can kill off your characters whenever you want and replace them.
3. This is one of the few RPs where going solo is just as valid as going in a group.
4. These stories are generally best when given as much creativity as possible, so you really have no story writing limitations. The only thing that I ask is that by the end of the post/posts, the rest of the town is left clueless to a point.
5. You may have as many characters as you want.
6. You can create characters that you don't write as, but are just members of the town.
7. The RP is meant to be multiple short story arcs.
