This is quite the interesting list. Being an avid fan of the Japanese version, I find it difficult to imagine such actors as Vic Mignogna filling the shoes of Mamoru Miyano, but I try to be hopeful in the transfer from subs to dubs. There seems to be a number of actors from "Fullmetal Alchemist", "xxxHolic", "Dragonball Z", and "Fruits Basket", so that in itself sounds promising. I am both scared and excited for the English version of Ouran High School Host Club!

Hello there! I am finally out of school! YAY! That means I can dedicate more time to the ninja club, thank goodness ^^ I have some new members to introduce, and a lot of other things, too!
But! As well as announcing the beginning of summer for me, I wanted to ask for help! As you can see, my main page has undergone some changes, mainly in theme. My theme is Death the Kid from the new anime Soul Eater, which is amazing! GO WATCH IT! But I can not seem to find a background that makes me happy. There are enough cool pictures of Death the Kid, but the posts block his face, which kind of defeats the purpose of having his face on my site in the first place. Can someone please help me find a background? I only want Death the Kid in it - no other characters. That is my only requirement. Thank to anyone that helps! I appreciate it a lot!

TODAY IS MY 16TH BIRTHDAY!
I am so excited! I just wanted to share with all of my friends on theOtaku! I do not feel 16, but I still love birthdays! Gifts and junk food, gifts and junk food, GIFTS AND JUNK FOOD!
All I asked for was money for my birthday, so I will probably take that and visit Japantown (one of the benefits of living in California) x]
I love birthdays! So, the question of the post: When is YOUR birthday??? I love knowing people's birthdays, because birthday wishes feel so wonderful!

I have news! I could not wait to share this with you all!
I am going to try to get into voice acting!
I am so excited! I do not have experience, but everyone starts somewhere, right? I even e-mailed Laura Bailey, voice actress of Kid Trunks on Dragonball Z, Lust on Fullmetal Alchemist, and Tohru Honda on Fruits Basket! Her site had her e-mail, and she said she reads all the letters she gets, so why not?
My mom says it is a cool idea, and that she has always thought I would make a great voice actress. I can not believe it! I am looking for different auditions online. I wanted to try out for Funimation, but you have to live in Texas. I was so mad! I was like, "Come on, no Funimation in California?" x]
I have been told by some other people that I would be a good voice actress, and they do not know that I even watch it, so I was really flattered. Apparently I have an excellent Irish amd Bulgarian accent xD
Honestly, I am not really expecting anything to come out of it. I know my strengths and weaknesses, and I know my limits. I know that no experience does not help, but I try to think positive. If it's something you love, then go for it! Even if it sounds unachievable, it is better to try and fail then to spend the rest of your life wondering what would have happened if you had tried at all. Even if I never make a single penny in voice acting, I can grow up and be proud of myself for trying things I had always wanted to. I may sit at my office at my job when I am older, thinking about my life, and I will be able to say, "You know, I really wanted to try voice acting, and I went out there and went for it." You know what I mean? Just the thought gets my blood pumping!
I have just never done anything like this! It has always been "like anime, but keep it to yourself". So these kinds of things matter a lot to me. Like, the first time I brought myself to walk into the manga section of the bookstore, or the first time I told someone I liked anime. It was just a release for me. So voice acting will be HUGE. Just auditioning will be enough to make me happy. What matters is not the destination, but the journey in getting there.
So I will be researching that a lot! I have to look for anime with available slots. I would not mind being a minor character. Any experience would be a good one ^^
But, of course, there are characters I would LOVE to be. If you could be a voice actor, who would you want to be? I would want to be:
