My my, I haven't updated for a while ._. Almost 2 weeks! Have you guys ever noticed how time seems to fly by? Honestly, sometimes I feel like I'm behind everything that's happening ^_^" Um, let's see... Kelsey, I'm really sorry for not being online more often, things have been terribly complicated for me lately >_< I'll explain below. Of course, a huge SORRY to everyone because I was such a bad friend and didn't comment on your posts ;_; But I read them! Yeah, I always postpone commenting and end up not commenting at all...
Um, lately my life has been revolving around school. Even my Photoshop life! Remember the exhibition and panoramas I mentioned a while ago? Well, the deadline is getting closer and all the panoramas must be ready in a few days, so I've been working on them every morning and night >.< What gets on my nerves is that the Geography teacher (who is kind of a leader of the "Edelweiss" group, even though he doesn't get involved too much - it's the students who do the work) is never satisfied with what he has, even though the panoramas look decent. And considering the fact that I usually piece together 4-5 photos to get one panorama... What's even more annoying is the fact that he doesn't know more about PS than working with Brightness, Contrast and simple stuff.
Also, I've been sick for a few days now - it's weird though: no runny nose, no fever, no headaches, just coughing. Sometimes when I cough my throat starts to "itch" (don't know how to describe this >_<") and I keep on coughing and coughing until I start tearing! This happened during Spanish class yesterday and it was really bothersome; I had to go to the bathroom to calm down T_T As if this weren't enough, I started hiccuping during Chemistry class -___-" I hate being sick! DX
Um, yeah. Long rant there. Now for some artistic stuff: I'm now on hiatus from walling, since I have 0 motivation to do this at the moment. I'll only stick to avatars and icon bases for a while, maybe even extract some PNG's. And speaking of icon bases, I've made more from Tokyo Crazy Paradise <3 I really am obsessed with this manga XD

So, how have you all been doing? Watched any anime series lately? I know I've been getting bored of watching anime, since it's too time-consuming and I currently lack the time to concentrate on something longer than 30 minutes >_< I've been reading manga lately, more precisely Tokyo Crazy Paradise (also made a wall for it, it's somewhere below), just because I love it. Actually, I'm reading it for the second time because it's really fun! You can find a short description in the wallpaper's description, I feel too lazy to write it down here too >,<
School-wise, this week hasn't been too bad. We got to go home on Tuesday because our Chem teacher had a problem (we don't know what) - rude of me to think so, but it wasn't exactly bad for us :D I hope he solved it, though, no matter how much I hate the guy >_>
Yesterday we didn't do Maths because the teacher was ill, and we had 2 classes! Right at the beginning! In short, we ended up wasting 2 hours. If I had known it, I would've brought "Don Quijote" along (the book); I borrowed it from the school's library 3 months ago and have been reading it ever since - it's got over 1000 pages, I think... The thing is that he might stay home for more than a week -.- He's got a disease that people normally get when they're kids; don't know what it's called, but it makes you feel really sleepy ._. I had it too.
And today we didn't have Informatics either, lucky us! There were 4 classes (gah!), but the teacher got sick and told us not to come. What's with all these people getting sick all of a sudden?! Sounds fishy to me >_>"

I've officially finished going through almost 500 pages of submissions in the "Other Anime and Manga" category, and moving/bookmarking them. I can now curl up in a corner and die in peace.
BUT not before I sum it up. These were the most popular categories:
And then there are the countless Arina Tanemura submissions -_- I hate her guts for drawing all her works in similar style. Honestly, how can people tell them apart? It's like Mayu Shinjo's characters - they all look the same, no matter which series they're from ~((~ [wrinkles] I went through the 13 pages of AT scans on Minitokyo today at least 3 times and I never want to see any of her works again!
*cough* Anyway, moving on to more pleasant things, I decided to bring a feature back. Remember the short feature section I had in my posts over at MyO? Well, it's back! In every post, I'll select a wallpaper that has drawn my attention and review/recommend it. So, seeing as I haven't done this for a while, this post will have not one, but three features! Enjoy 
"All I need" by Sherr
It's just another proof that simple wallpapers can be as good as (if not better than) cluttered ones. Everything flows together nicely and you've got pleasant colors to please your eyes with. Ideal if you have many icons on your desktop.
"Bloody Scary" by reirei18
Fan of scary things? Reirei8 doesn't disappoint with this submission in which she uses her personal artwork as the focal point. Couple that with some grunge textures and you have the perfect desktop if you're in a dark mood. Also check out her fan art and compare it with the wallpaper to see the enhancements. Not too recommended if you have lots of icons, as they might be hard to see.
"Cooro" by NinjaGirlSango
Again, we have a simple wallpaper, though not as simple as the first one. What I like most is the use of gradients, it gives me the impression of looking through a lens. A nifty detail is the shadow on the clouds; I didn't notice it at first, but it's good to see some still pay attention to small details ^_^ Recommended if you have many icons.

Wow, has anyone felt like time's passing by quicker than usual? o_O That's what I felt when I saw the date of the last post. Wow... It feels like I haven't posted in...3 days? Funny thing XD
Well, I've been named a moderator recently. My job is to handle the gallery items and see that they're in the right categories, and so far I've dug through hundreds of pages of submissions (I'm at page #319) and found a few that might have categories, or can receive categories if needed. Their artist is Arina Tanemura. I browsed the Minitokyo gallery but couldn't find these under a specific category. Any kind of info is appreciated~! ^_^
Recently, I've also rediscovered my liking towards movies, since I seem to have stopped watching movies and walling/vectoring about at the same time ^^" Yesterday I went over to Nico's place and we watched 3 movies. The day before, I had a True Blood marathon (4 episodes in one day, and an episode is 57 minutes long...yeah XD) and felt sick for the rest of the day x_x
Anyway, we watched Burn After Reading first; I can't understand why people liked it so much, it seemed to me like they were dragging the film just to meet the time limit or something. I couldn't stand George Clooney's character either, he didn't really have a point to be there, aside from meeting various women. All in all, the only thing that I liked was Brad Pitt, and I was sad to see him get shot in the head and never be heard from again 
All the jokes felt kinda forced, and while I'm not a rabid fan of Brad Pitt, his parts were the most humorous in this movie ._.
Then, we watched Madagascar 2, which was just perfect! It was the second time for me, but I loved it even more than the first! I don't see myself getting tired of it
Next came Mirrors; my only complaint would be turning the library here in Bucharest into a mall from New York (that's what they called it in the movie). But hey, it wasn't relevant to the plot, so it's just a minor thing. I saw this one twice (yesterday being the second time) and enjoyed it mostly because I had seen it months before and couldn't remember where the scary parts were, so they kinda took me by surprise >_<" I'm softening up.
Weeell, I hope I'm lucky and finish the wallpaper today and submit it, I've been working on it since May '08 XO No really, that's what the file properties say. In the meantime, I made a few stamps today, I'll probably submit them to DevART later since I've died there too; feel free to use them ^_^ Have a great week, everyone, and thank you very much for visiting~! *hugs*

Hello, my dears! I know I've been practically dead to the Internet world (and somewhat the real world too!), but I'm back for some time. As usual, I've been lazy and the stuff has been piling up (like the updates for my site) >_<" I need to post them soon or else the list will get super-big!
Soo, I'm pretty happy for getting great b-day gifts <33 Kelsey gave me this gorgeous card and some manga (much earlier but it still counted as a b-day gift *glomps Kelsey*); Nico gave me one of the most recent Stephen King books, Cell, because I kept nagging her about how much I love SK's books, and Mary gave me a ball that "tells the future" (sort of). I'm such a sucker for toys! XD It goes like this: you ask a "yes or no" type question, shake the ball and it gives you an answer! It has a few others aside from "yes" and "no", like "absolutely (not)", and it's very fun to play with! Go ahead and ask a question, and I'll give you the answer 
Btw, if you haven't, please check out our "collab", an Overdrive wallie. Kelsey made the wallie and I made the vector for her ^^
Since I won't be vectoring or walling for a while, this is the last thing you're gonna see from me that resembles a vector/wall. I don't know, I don't find it as appealing as before ._. Now I'm more into coloring manga images and making avatars out of them <33 Walling/vectoring is too tiring for me at the moment and I don't have ideas or patience to sit down and work for hours. I hope you can understand me ;_;

Have you noticed the change in the profile pages? There are now trophies for every section of the site: fan art, wallpapers, cards and so on! That's a neat feature, but somehow it'll end up in massive uploading of low-quality/effort artwork ._. I'm still happy for having a ruby one for wallpapers, though ^^ I still don't know why I have none for fan comics, since I submitted 3, but I'll make more when I have inspiration -I lack it right now XDD
