name- Reka Norikawa (pronunciation: RAY-kah Noh-ree-kah-wah)

appearance- Fair-skinned, tall and slender. Has long, crimson hair (which he ties back in a ponytail), family mark (see "Eternal World" post "Customs and Ranks") on forehead, and ice-blue eyes. He usually dresses casually in reds, blues and greens. He always wears the orange bandana that used to belong to his friend.
likes- kids, messing with people, horseplay, building things
dislikes- getting up early, "pompous jerks" (people who look down on others), when people pry into his personal life, injustice, guns (due to a traumatic event that happened when he was young)
personality- Acts tough, but is gentle at heart. He is a determined fighter who is not afraid to stand up for his beliefs. He is very emotional and recklessly protective of those close to him. He is also infamously stubborn. When provoked, he has quite the temper and often says things he regrets later.
background- Lives in the Llania region (Fire Gate). Reka is the only child of an army general and his wife, who was born into wealth. Reka spends little time at home, however, as he often carries out missions with his team of Keyholders. (Reka's close friend/crush, Toki, and Kita are also part of that team.) When he isn't with his team, he works at a daycare center with his friends, Shuichi, Katsushiro, Daisuke and Toshiro.
Shortly prior to joining the OCU, Reka befriended Naoyuki. They're often seen together, along with Hikari.
current whereabouts-
Reka's made a lot of friends in the OCU. A couple of those friends got involved in a big mess in one of the Gates, and Reka and his teammate, Kita, took a leave of absence to go on a long-term mission. Now that the aftermath of the incident is settling down, he and the others are around more often.
