Finally got around to finding a picture of her... (the girl pictured looks exactly like Katara. She was one of my other ocs for an old old rp that tragically died a long time ago, so ignore the name and the boy in the picture...) Clueless 101 drew it a while ago, this is just for a reference picture!!!

appearance- At first glance, she is a punk. The back of her hair is short and spiky, while the front of her hair is shoulder length. It is black underneath, with red over it and purple streaks throughout. Her eyes are vividly green. Usually she wears black jeans and a red tank top with a black mesh shirt over it. Sometimes for special occasions, she breaks out her Lolita fashions :)
likes- making people mad, pranking people, secretly has a weakness for small animals, little kids, and sweets.
dislikes- People who are quick to judge, “princely” popular guys, secretly fears thunder storms
background/and or personality- Katara is pretty cold, she isn’t afraid to speak her mind and speaks before she thinks. She’s sarcastic and full of wit, and has trouble making friends because of her strong personality. But behind her chilly disposition is a caring, protective girl who would die for those she cares for.
Her parents are rich, and they work out of the country most of the time, leaving Katara in the care of the maid of the mansion, Amilia. Because of this, it takes a lot for Katara to trust people fully. Her father is mean and nasty when he drinks (which is most of the time when he is home). She drinks sometimes too and becomes loving and cuddly while drunk.
