Don't Slip Off The BitFrost!

Naagh. It's a piece of crud.

Here we go...

A bridge stands away, spanning into the night,
I was breathing an hour ago,
It’s almost surreal; the sun has gone out,
Where did my body go?

I step forward, feel the Earth fall away,
My legs waver in the cold,
An overpass that travels through time and space,
I don’t remember being old.

A giant weight slammed into my left side,
I think I saw a thousand lights,
I fell a million miles in about three feet,
And the blood stained into my tights.

I fell about sixteen times or so,
The cold stone would not cut through my knees,
I was nothing but a meager excuse of a ghost,
Who was paying for her deeds.

You peer to your left, You glance to your right,
And feel eyes stare back at you,
The thousand awaiting you under the bridge,
Neon glows, they’re red and blue.

When the walk was done, I hopped off of the bridge,
And couldn’t hold back a scream,
We see the fire awaiting my appearance,
Burning bodies, charred in my dream.
