*Been a while since I've worked on this. :d Now that it's summer, I have time. xD Suggestions on how to improve the dialogue are always welcome*
*If some of the notes don't make sense, it's probably because they're written to help me with panel placement and angles.*

Summary: Alcott arrives in Dreams. Luli shows him around a little. Luli takes him to her house and explains what's going on. Alcott wants to go home, so Luli tells him what needs to be done to return home. Also, there are foreshadows of characters to come.
Characters: Alcott, Luli, Ms. Marigold <Explains who Luli is; Ms. Marigold comes off as a quiet, but not bashful, person.>
Setting: Streets of Dreams, Luli's Mansion, Alcott's new home
Things to do: Sketch Luli's mansion (hallway and office), think of Chapter 3 and 4's main idea

Alcott: What...?
Luli: I said, welcome to Dreams. <walks closer to Alcott and becomes more visible>
Alcott: Dreams...?
Luli: Now now, then... Why the blank stare? How did you arrive here, young sir? Pocketwatch, is it?
Alcott: Po... Pocketwatch? <realizes he's holding the watch and lifts it up slightly> Ah...
Luli: Yes! There it is. <Snatches up the watch> Pocketwatch it is, then! <Seems to be examining the watch, then takes her umbrella and makes many swift movements with the tip to "draw" a circle design in the air. She then places the pocketwatch in the drawn circle. The clock makes a ticking noise, and the gateway to Dreams appears. As the gate appears, the pocketwatch glows and disappears>
Alcott: <Stands up in astonishment> What... is this place?!
Luli: Sigh... <puts hand on cheek> You really must learn to hear. <Shakes head> This... <opens gate> is Dreams.
<two or threee panels show scenery. Looks like an old-English town. Quaint, cute, etc... If it was in color, it would be bright with sunlight. A panel with Alcott's expression is shown>
Luli: Lovely! <Marches onward, followed by Ms. Marigold, but stops and notices Alcott's confused expression> Is something the matter? You look a bit.. baffled.
Alcott: <baffled, haha> I... <bossy nature suddenly kicks in> I demand to know what is going on here! Just who are you people? <referring to Luli and Ms. Marigold>
Luli: Who are...? <dramatic (?) expression/sudden emotiveness> Oh my! We had not introduced ourselves yet, have we? My sincerest apologies! My most deep and profuse apologies. That would sufficiently explain why you seem so baffled. <says the previous dialogue directly to Alcott/in the same panel as him> I am Luli. And this one is Ms. Marigold.
Ms. Marigold: <Says nothing, but looks up from her book to look at Alcott. This is the first time you actually get to see Ms. Marigold clearly>
Luli: Now then! Let us go in for real now, hm? <pushes Ms. Marigold and Alcott inside the gates>
Alcott: What? But-- I...
Luli: Do not worry, young sir! I shall explain everything in further detail at my mansion.
Alcott: <Looks at Luli in confusion. (Luli is not "on-screen")>
<Scene changes to the streets of Dreams. During the whole scene here, Alcott doesn't speak much because he's too confused.>
Luli: There is pleanty to do here, young sir. <Gestures toward a bakery> That is Mr. <baker's name; he has no name yet. I'm open for suggestions!>'s bakery. He works with his son, <son's name>. They do have lovely foods there. It is highly reccomended by me.
Alcott: <Looks at Baker and Son through the window>
Luli: And now we go forward! Come along, young sir. <Pulls Alcott along> Yes, yes, this way. <Panel showing music store> This here is Mr. <music man's name>'s shop. <Panel showing dress store> And this is Miss <dress lady's name>'s clothing store. I quite like her store... and Miss <dress lady's name> is such a lovely lady.
Anyhoo, onward we go! Do not fret, young sir, we are almost to the mansion. I do appreciate you looking around with me, although.
<A panel with a large rest-type area (?) and a tall clock tower in the middle is shown>
Luli: Oh, look here, young sir. This is Dreams's main square. We have some nice little shops and the like, here... Oh yes, and Mr. <librarian's name>'s library is here. Right across from the clocktower. <Panel showing tower> The clock tower can be seen from all over Dreams. That is nice, is it not? You need not even carry a pocketwatch with you. <baha. sounds weird.>
Alcott: <while Luli talks, he takes notice to a clock shop nearby>
Luli: <Takes notice> Oh? That is a funny little shop you are looking at there. <Panel showing inside of shop through window. The back of a girl is seen from within. (Arianna)> That is Mr. Woodworth's clock shop. Or rather... it is similar to his shop.
Alcott: ? <doesn't understand the remark. (It shouldn't make sense atm)>
Luli: Yes! Well! Once again, onward we go! <they arrive at the mansion's front>

In case you're wondering, I'm making these posts to help me keep track of the characters in MDP.
THERE ARE TOO MANY CHARACTERS IN THIS STORY. There are like.... 10 main characters. Ew. And there are more guys than girls, so I'm probably going to end up making a random girl character just because. I always have a bad habit of making more guy characters than girl characters. :/ Usually because I have like, one gay couple per story. BUT NOT THIS TIME. It's just because Falorin offsets the balance.
Actually, I don't have any gay couples in Dreams either. In fact, I think there are more girl characters than boy characters in Dreams. Alcott's the only main boy character in the story, at the moment. :0
Anyways. Here we go.
This is Lucia Rose. She's 12 years old and Nicholay's childhood friend. (Nicholay's design is in the MDP post 1.) They've been friends for like, ever. She comes from a poor country family, and speaks in a country accent. Her dad is an archer in the military, and is often away from home. Her dad's a good man, though. Hard working. Yeah. But anyways. Lucia meets Segran when she was curiously walking around the royal property or something, and they become friends. Yo. Segran teaches Lucia how to use a bow, too. He's somewhat of a father figure to her since her dad's hardly ever home.
Lucia is easily embarassed and naturally timid. She pretends to be brave, though.
Um...
MY FRIEND NAMED HER. YAY!
The top pictures are some ideas I had for this character. His name is Gaelnis, and originally I had no idea what he was going to look like. I wasn't even sure if he was going to be a he. xD; Somehow I decided to give him this this hat-veil-thing to make him look mysterious and exotic. :d
Gaelnis is a mage who is allied with Falorin. He is evil. Yo. He's also very stoic. He specializes in air-based magic. AIR BENDING No. I don't even watch avatar. xD; But it's like, he can slice people with air and also make the air around them collapse so he can CRUSH PEOPLE. Baha. But I'm not really sure yet, because I also want his magic to be purple colored. (what.) I'll keep the rest of his story a secret so I won't spoil everything when I start drawing the comic....
I'm not 100% positive this is going to be his design. I may change his cloak-thing a bit. But we'll see. I may be too lazy to do anything with his design. xD

Heyyy. It's Segran. :0 Segran's one of my favorites from this story, just 'cause he's fun to pick on. He's very serious and analytical, but he's also short. Hoho. I think I just like short people... (Roy and Dare, for instance. :P) Segran's catch phrase is also fun to make fun of.
Segran is an archer, obviously. His parents are close to the royal family, so he's close to Charlotte and is allowed in the castle and stuff. He's also Isaac's best friend. Yup.
I don't like this picture much. D: Mostly the legs. It's kind of old, anyways... like, a month or two.

Anyways, this is Hrafn. He's Faida's lover. (Faida's in the previous MDP character post)

;A; And Hrafn's a thief, too. I totally stole him from Colm. Man. I suck. He probably acts the same as Colm, too... but I'm not sure b/c I never really played Sacred Stones much. Takara always made me do the skirmishes to level up the characters.......
Anyways. Hrafn (old norse for Raven) is a thief. He and Faida are of the same race/clan/idk thing. (haven't figured that part out yet...) He steals stuff b/c he and Faida need money for food and stuff. They're rather poor. He's also a LADIES MAN.... apparently. Girls find him super hunky. :U But he stays faithful to Faida. But sometimes he flirts with girls to steal their wallets. M-hm.
He wears this cloak thing on his back. He and Faida come from some desert area, so wearing the cloak protects him from the sun. He also uses it to camoflauge himself at night, when he's stealing stuff. Word, dawg.

This is Charlotte. :D She's the princess of a country called Chaunisveld. She met Isaac when she was 13; she was walking around the streets of Chaunisveld when she saw the homeless boy sleeping in an empty apple crate. She took him under her wing, and appointed him her servant. Charlotte and Isaac are very close. Yeah.
Some of Charlottes talents are: Acting, writing, and empathizing with others. She has limited physical and magical strength, but knows ancient sealing spells passed down from the royal family.
CHARLOTTE'S DRESS WAS FUN TO DESIGN ;3; But I'm not sure if I like the boots. They may or may not change over time...

This is Rinchu! :0
You: BUT WAIT! ISN'T RINCHU YOUR ORIGINAL CHARACTER FOR TAOMAR?!??!?!?!?
Well kinda yeahhhh..... Actually, both Rinchu and Charlotte (and maybe Isaac) appear in TAOMAR at some point. (Rinchu comes in the next chapter, actually!) However, they're not the same characters as the ones in MDP; they act about the same, but are more modern and are just ordinary school children. Yup.
Rinchu is Charlotte's best friend. She's a bit of a tomboy, but loves jewelry and treasure. She fights with a dagger and sword, but usually uses the dagger b/c it's lighter in weight.
Her outfit was really fun to draw. :,D I like the overshirt... and her gloves. Yeahhhh. Her sword is so random, though. I decided from the beginning I would keep her sword design about the same as the original... the curve is so strange. xD But whatever.
Rinchu secretly (or not so secretly) HAS A CRUSH ON SEGRAN OOOOHHHH. Segran has obvious feelings for her as well, but avoids the topic...
And that's all for now! Now you know more about the characters. YAY. 8D I think the only one I haven't drawn now is Lucia... I'll get on that.

Aha, weird title.
Today, I finished my Japanese final exam 30 minutes before the class was over. So I drew this.
For some reason, Tim decided he wanted me to draw him today. Which is weird, because I usually never draw Tim because he's too hard. :D But he's been getting easier... He's not actually that hard to draw when he's facing the left. I usually have trouble with his face, though. :/ Hm. Anyways, here's what I've got so far:
Obviously, it's not done yet. Mostly the background and details and stuff. :/ And there'll be some shrubbery and stuff below, instead of the random space. Backgrounds and scenery are kind of a pain in the buttox. "orz
There is a story behind this picture. :d It's a scene from my story. Yeah. But it'll sound stupid if I explain it. I'll write it eventually. xD;
