I thought I'd just put this out there:
I get to use internet computers at the library, and at work on my breaks.
At the Library DeviantArt & Youtube are BLOCKED! (so are many other video sites)
At Work Youtube and Photobucket are BLOCKED! DeviantArt is not blocked but resently it hasn't been working( I get a white page and text, no pictures)
I signed up to get internet at my house, but in my area I think there is only dail-up available, so I'll see how that goes. My brother said that at his friend's house they were able to play xbox live on a dail up connection without any problems, so my fingers are crossed.

OK! I got DSL at my house and it works! NOw the problem is the computer it's self. Without the admin passwords I cannot update it so stuff that reqires flash player 10 will not work. Luckly Youtube has an older version view so videos work.
