apologies
so 5 days ago i installed a update .net framework 4...and it messed up my system......it got extremely slowed down....literally 20 min. to start ....6 or 7 min to open Photoshop!!
i couldn't work on that and i couldn't figure out how to fix it so i had to reinstall my widows..and it only replaced the windows folder and didn't format the drive clean so i asked my frnd to bring me a disk....and when i got it. it was soooo much scratched my disk drive couldn't read it.... so i told him to get it from sumone else.. after getting it now i was able to do a good reinstall of my windows.....now my pc is good..!
