Ah, thank you, your words are really reassuring, for all the issues I've been complaining about hehe. I think just having all this stress on me all at once freaked me out or something. I have been working on fixing my mental health a little bit, and I feel better about a lot of stuff.
Oh, and yeah, my address is still the same. I look forward to receiving a card from you c: I probably can't send anything back, but you're on my list of people to draw Christmas drawings for. :3
I know a lot of people with diabetes. It runs in my family, too, so I'll probably have that to look forward to, as well.
I also tend to malnourished myself when I diet. It's really hard to not do that when I want results now. Just gotta keep reminding ourselves if we want to be healthier and stronger, we have to do it the right way. IF we do it the wrong way, we may be skinnier, but we won't be healthy or strong, and then, what was the point if we're still battling health issues?
You don't know what your anxiety meds will make you feel, so don't jump to the worst case scenario. You can always talk to your doctor if they do start making you feel like a zombie for a different med or dosage. My brother has anxiety really badly and has to be on meds. It took them a few tries to get it right. But it definitely doesn't make him a zombie, it just takes the edge off a bit, you know? Don't think of it as your family thinks your emotions are a burden, just that they want to help you not be so anxious all the time. They want what's best for you.
I hope you realize you aren't the only one who feels like they missed out on Humans 101. I almost started my own twitter page dedicated to all the awkward things I do that I don't actually consider awkward but the rest of society for some odd reason does. I have a friend who doesn't give a shit what the rules are and does weird, random things with strangers. He brought a light saber to his college graduation and asked our president to knight him with it. That's not universally acceptable. But he did it. And everyone at the school loved it. There are more people that feel the way you do who keep all that inside. Who knows, what if you went and actually talk to someone and break the rules, you might find someone who feels the same.
If you feel your life has lost purpose. It is up to you to find what it is. Nothing me, your family, or even your boyfriend can do to find it for you. What about all the things you want to do? Your own shop? That's purposeful. Or if you don't think you have good friends, make it your mission to make new ones. There's a purpose. You have a boyfriend? Be the best person you can be for him. There's another purpose.
I can, for a fact, declare that I would notice if you disappeared tomorrow. Hell, I wonder if you're okay if I don't see you post anything for a few days. I suppose I should probably make that known a bit, but I always just assume you're busy and have things to do.
I want you to know that a year ago, I felt the same way you do now. I was at a dead end job, no boyfriend, friends who didn't notice I wasn't my usual self, and a family who I didn't want to talk to about it because I knew they wouldn't understand.
So I wrote down a bucket list. Starting from small things and working up to bigger things that would take me awhile to accomplish. And suddenly, I had a purpose in life. Something to look forward to. It was fun when I accomplished the smaller things on my list and even better when I was finally able, a couple months ago, to cross one of the bigger ones off of my list.
My recommendation is to set goals. Small and big ones. And go for it. You can do it.
Also, is your address still the same as last year? I'd love to send you a holiday card!!
Your boyfriend is so good to you! Lucky!! :)
