Honerable Mention
This is...an honerable mention to say the least. Or maybe the most, I don't know. To be honest, I never really got into the whole Owl City thing. I love the sound and the metaphors are clever. I have a few favorites like Rainbow Veins but some of these seem kind of...off. I don't know how to put it. Let's just say there are way too many puns for me.
I found this video when I was stolling through youtube. My brother is a huge fan and pretty much regards Adam Young as god, so he adored the song "Honey and the Bee" featured in this AMV. But I gotta say, out of all Owl City songs, this is probably my least favorite. I know a lot of people love this song, but I never understood the whole meaning. "Who's who?" "What's going on?" "What about this or that?" I have so many questions that I can't allow myself to be wrapped up in the imagery like most Owl City songs.
However, this video was so well put together, I had to post it. Somehow, the most touching scenes of these animes were all put together. Even from anime where you probably didn't think there were ANY touching scenes! It starts out pretty sloppily, but by the middle, you just want to hold somebody's hand. Very sweet. It's not a great song, but it gives you something nice to look at and a great feeling afterward. WAFF alert! If you're a fan, you'll probably add it to your favorites. If you're not a fan, you at least have to admit it was clever. And if you've never heard of this song, you'll probably like it by the time the movie's over. It's worth checking out.
Hee Hee Hee. It's Funny Cos It's True.
I. Love. AMVs. When used correctly it can make miracles. Somehow, even though the song may have NOTHIN to do with the story, it summarizes the plot or the charactures better that the story. That's what I found with this gem here.
I love how Haruhi in Ouran was always being dragged around by Mr. Totally Into It over there. This song really works for that. It was a really good idea, I'll say that, and it was put together very well, i thought.
It's for anyone who's seen Ouran Host Club. Even if you haven't, it's only three minutes out of your life and you get a jist of the plot. For veterans, it's a great idea, and for noobies to the show, it's funny at least out of akwardness. Watch this and tell me you didn't laugh. Go ahead.
I dare you.
I double dare you.
Bwuagh!!!!
Who knew piano could be so broken hearted? This peoples turned Kingdom Hearts into a sobworthy exerience! Although, i think at times this guy was pushing it. Hey, hey, hey don't break the piano there buddy! It's Linkin Park, not World War II!! Anyway, I thought you might enjoy this.![]()
(Although if you REALLY are into piano, I'd suggest Yiruma for some quality music)
First Post!
Alrighty, here's the first video. Sorry that it's taken so long for me to get out and about and finally post the first one. But here it is, and personlly, I think that it was worth the wait.
I'm sure ya'all know this already, but cons are amazing! i found this one skit VERY funny (considering the context) and you just might too. A must for any Death Note fan.
