The title explains this challenge quite nicely. Just submit a card that features someone or something failing. Could be someone falling over on level ground or some activity that is just a fail. Rules? Uh... well, the card should contain the word "fail" in some form or another and it should be funny. Even though failures are always funny, so you don't have to worry about that.

Cards will be judged by the failure and a little bit by the quality of the card.
