Awww, that is so sweet! And what you wrote is so true! I've been frustrated by that same thing. I was really proud of my Grandpa when he once said that he had "never seen an ugly girl". That's what got me started thinking about why people think poorly of others.
So, I hope this card get's other people thinking about it too! Because you are totally right! Inner beauty is truly what is important (even though I have to keep reminding myself that it applies to me too ^^;;; But, I guess most people feel that way)

Yeah I totally agree with you there. I am always telling that to people. I mean, what are looks going to matter anyways when you are old and haggard? You don't need to impress everyone. I believe evryone is beautiful but it's how you portray yourself and make yourself stand that shows it. You can look pretty on the outside, but it you are miserable and self loathing on the inside, you will be never be happy and if you don't love yourself, it's impossible for anyone to love you in return
There is such a thing as being unhealthily fat, but someone's worth as a person should not be judged on such things. I really don't understand why people are so hung up on appearance.

(I sense major competition lolXD) This is one of the sweetest, warmest, most beautiful, heart-warming and inspiring cards I have ever seen! The message you want to bring across is also beautiful, and it couldn't have been more perfect, in combination with the picture and the colours as well Also, I love that font you use^__^ It's gorgeous!^^ *hugs & faves*
And you're so right in everything you said. I keep catching myself labelling people, and I try not to judge anyone on their appearance, but it's really hard, living in the world we're living in... I hope someday, everyone will realise that this attitude brings nothing positive..

And yes, I am also guilty of such things, but who isn't? We just need to realize that there are sweet people in all shapes and sizes.
I'm reading this fantasy book, it's the third in a series, called the Soul Weaver by Carol Berg. In it there's another world called the Bounded, and it is where people with deformities live. They were taken from the normal world, where they were persecuted for being cripples or "ugly" and then placed there to live in their own world. There's of course a lot of other stuff going on in the plot, but at one point this princess is kidnapped and taken there, and she is so scared of everyone. She thinks they're all evil freaks trying to hurt her! Just cause of their looks. But really, they are just like normal humans with a heart and a soul, but they just happen to look a bit "different." ANYHOOOOOO.
