OH MY GOD I asked the same thing! She becomes a mermaid, dances around in only glow-in-the-dark body paint, and there are so many different colors and kaleidescope effects...?
um, i have a question for KE$HA has she ever tried marajuana, and or acid, because i think it must of had one or the other to come up with that music vid
