This quote was taken from my dad and modified with his permission (I used the word people instead of actuaries). I just thought it was a funny quote.
It was painstakingly hard to find an anime character counting on their fingers, and in the end, I failed. So, I used a silly picture of Vash the Stampede with his thumb in the air. A thumb is close enough to a finger, right? Right?
