The Real Axe Effect 
According to the site I found this on, this is Rena from Higurashi no Naka Koro ni. I don't know anything about her, but this image fit the point I was trying to get across to someone rather well. :) Though, I must admit, I actually love Axe body spray and stuff. I could eat it. ._.
