I haven't made a card since February of 2007! But, since greenLeAf863 sent me this challenge, I decided to give it a whirl.

Credits: Background can be found here. Kisa's picture was found here, and the tiger was found here. I'd credit my brushes, but they don't have an author brush and they're too old for me to remember. They're not mine, either way.

I'm a little late for the Chinese New Year...oh well. Happy New Year anyway!
