For those in the metal community, whose lyrical talent exceeded most people of his time, entering a world of escapism and fantasy laced with the darker parts of reality and of optimism, who fuels the musical inspiration for those to come, who is loved and cherished for the emotional, powerful soaring vocals almost inhuman to be made by a mortal who is deemed to be the most influential musician in the hard rock and metal genre and culture. Sadly, all things must pass on, and Dio was no exception. And I thought the man could live forever...

I mean, c'mon! He's mother effing DIO. He is eternal! XD

For those not familiar with the genre or the band, Dio, most notable for his songs "Holy Diver" and "Rainbow in the Dark", and the person who helped Black Sabbath prosper when it almost died, he died last Sunday due to stomach cancer he had been battling since February of 2009. So out of respect and inspiration, I made this.
