Happy birthday Meagan! *throws confetti*

Despite being really busy with exams (starting tomorrow UGH) I wanted to make a birthday card for Meagan (innocent heart) because she's a very sweet person and has been through a lot=3 I was tempted to make one with Belle on it again (from Beauty and the Beast) because that's her favourite Disney princess, but since I did that last year, I figured I'd go with Ariel instead:P I really hope you'll be able to see this!=3 And I hope that you like it of course^^

I had to change the original pic drastically, because it was really grainy and not very brightly coloured=3 (The background at leastXD)
