Schizophrenia 
Schizophrenia (pronounced /ˌskɪtsɵˈfrɛniə/ or /ˌskɪtsɵˈfriːniə/) is a serious mental illness characterized by a disintegration of the process of thinking and of emotional responsiveness.
Symptoms:
1) Hallucinations (most commonly hearing voices)
2) Delusions (often bizarre or persecutory in nature)
3) Disorganized thinking and speech
4) Paranoia
5) Social isolation
