Yet another challenge entry - 'Evil....Fail!' hosted by shine moonlight^^
Doofenshmirtz was the first 'Evil guy' I thought of because, well, if anyone fails at executing evil plans...XD

So I went looking for some images, and this was really the only one I could use, so I went with it...XD I made the background picture B&W because that was before the fail, the pictures in the front represent the moment of failureXD Also, I tried to improve the quality of the images by sharpening them a little...^^ So yeah. And the quote speaks for itself, right?:P
