Entry for E-kun's challenge:3

This card is dedicated to Kakashisgf. She is a very strong person; no matter what she's been through, she always comes out of it, and stronger too somehow, and remains a very sweet person^__^ <3 I chose an image of Katara to go with this because she's strong and sweet at the same time as well:3

I made some of the effects myself; the background, which is not very clear because of the texture on top of it, and the ring-of-fire thingy behind Katara - this stands for the strong and fiery personality.
