Childlike 
Meagan-chan is very childlike. :) She always seems to be bright and cheerful like a child.
Blahh... I hate coloring. it is such a pain. -___- But I really liked this art and I wanted to use it. I mean two of my favorite childhood shows combined? <3
So I colored the image and added a brush. And that was it.
