Raven's Blood 
It's Rue from Princess Tutu! I would say she's probably... maybe... possibly my favorite character.
It's hard to decide since I like all the characters from that show a lot. Haha.
Anyways, it's called Raven's Blood for NO APPARENT REASON. Just kidding, there's a reason, but I wish you would watch Princess Tutu to find out why. ;D
