'hugs" Hope you had a wonderful birthday with lots of candies and cakes ^w^..I did a chii card for you since you like her..made it as colorful as i can since i know how you love colors ^^ but it didnt turn out the way i wanted (did it in a hurry) i'm having my exams coming up..T^T..anyway i wanted to do something for you..coz your cards always make me happy and i want to make you happy too!! ^___^

the lightning glows are from textures.i just screened them..and then i added swirl brushes on the left..(sorry i dont have links for the brushes and textures as i'm working on my new lappy..) i hope this card looks ok..:)
