2012 Year of the Dragon 
With those who aren't familiar with Fruits Basket, there is this family that turns into animals from the Chinese zodiac. There is this one scene where one family member turns into a dragon. Now, when this guy transforms, instead of turning into a "dragon" he turns into a sea dragon seahorse. So Tohru (the girl in the picture) panics wondering whether to put him in fresh or sea water.
