Protector of St.Canard 
PROTECTOR
Darkwing Duck is the protector of St.Canard and the guardian from the criminal element. He is one of my favorite Disney TV Show characters. I used to watch him when I was younger, but I still enjoy seeing him and NegaDuck! LOL XD I saw this picture from Ghost in the Shell (the pic is the #2 scan below) and I thought it looked just like St.Canard; the St.Canard of the future! LoL xD
