Oh Goody! 
I found this coloring page on image.google.com and I thought it was a really cute pose for Sailor Jupiter. I also thought she would be sying something like oh goody so thats where the image came from.
I copied and pasted the image onto paint, redrew it with the green and colored her in with green. i then used AutoDesk Sketchbook Pro photo editor and added the border and words.
