My first submission for the e-card challenge Tribute to Paul McCartney by The Mask. I used the song "Blackbird", specifically "All your life, you were only waiting for this moment to be free". I interpreted this to mean literally that the caged bird had been waiting for its entire life to be free and it has finally been given this freedom, and symbolically it means enjoying freedom after waiting and wishing for so long.
